Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Paris

The domino's pizza in Bolivar Tennessee, where do I start? Most of my experiences before have been horrible. I have spoken to very rude people who act like they are doing you a favor by selling you pizza in the past, it was horrid! Rude people, it has taken them an hour and twenty minutes to delivery food and I live nearly 2 miles away. I have called to complain to management and was met with contempt, I have been inside to pick up my order and was looked at like I came from the moon. I have gotten cold pizza and quit ordering for a while. Recently delivery has been much better and I have gotten hot food. I hope management has changed. I wish I could say better as this is the only pizza delivery in my town, and I can't say every experience has been a regret especially the last three times I have ordered but before I think they should have been shutdown. Keep up the work I have seen the last few times I have ordered and be successful but slide back to rude employees, hateful managers, hour and a half wait times and cold food and you will have to close in a year....

Hadn't ordered in over a month from here because the last time we did they messed up the order. What happened tonight? Same thing. And we tried calling and calling and no one would answer the phone so we decided to finally drive up there and we don't live just a couple minutes away, more like 10. And they made us a new pizza but didn't really seem to care that they'd messed up. I mean a completely opposite pizza than what we ordered. The sticker was right pizza was wrong. The management i guess just does not care about screwing up. And realized why they didn't answer the phones as we sat there and waited. Most phones were off hook and then the girl answered, wasnt busy but put them on hold and then never picked it back up. We used to be frequent customers here but no more.... a refund might have been a nice offer or credit to our dominos account. Okay rant over. Maybe they'll improve but...

Most horrible Domino's experience ever. $45 order was wrong... one pizza completely wrong & the other was cold & burnt. Called to let them know and it was like I had called the circus!! Person that answered had ZERO customer service skills. The 4th!! time I told her what was wrong, she proceeded to argue with me about what I had ordered and what was supposed to be on it. Finally said will have another one delivered (only the one that was completely wrong...did nothing about the one that was cold & burnt) ...and said "it will be there in 15-20 or 10 or 20-25 minutes"... I asked which is it?? She said ok & hung up. ...it was 31 minutes and the pizza order was still wrong!! It is not that hard to take an order, complete the order, and then deliver it. It is basic & simple. Horrible service...food was worse. Never order from there again. Doesn't even deserve one star rating, but that is the...
