Pulled in to Sonic at 4:05pm pushed button to order and waited forever. At bottom of menu it says "red button activated, we'll be with you shortly" or something like that. My button gets turned off so I pushed it again. Once again waited and minutes tick on by then button gets turned off again! Had to push it again at 4:35. At 4:36 I called and informed them that I had been in stall 15 waiting to order for 35 minutes! They take my order and at 5pm still no food. I watched multiple cars go through the drive thru and multiple cars come and go in the stalls. People getting food left and right that showed up well after me! I called back told them that I'm calling from stall 15 again and where was my food? He says " oh you haven't gotten your meal yet? " I told him no and he can just keep it! All I ordered was a number 11 meal 5 pc chicken tender tots and cherry limeaide. I left and went to DQ next door. Got my food in under 5 minutes!! And DQ is packed! Just terrible...

No one would take our order. In the afternoon on attempt 1. Yes it was a little busy. Hit the red button. 5 minutes we waited. Not even a peep. Maybe just say, “we are a little busy, we will be with you asap!” So we went to Dairy Queen. Tonight. 8:55 pm. Not a car at a stall and no one in the drive thru. Pulled up…. Waited…. Not a peep. When we left there were people inside ignoring everything and not wanting to even look outside. Maybe they closed early. But anyway, if you are the owner I hope you are getting a great tax write off because your sales are so low. Whenever someone asks you for one of your 99 cent drinks before 10:00 and you say that it's a specialty drink and then it doesn't count but a cherry limeade does have a discount. Don't lie to your customers and say that it's full price when you and your entire "team" knows it is discounted. And, don't just wait around until after 10:00 that way they have to pay full price. Your little girl got a tip after all of it even though everybody there was rude. I guarantee you, if Brad was still there none of that would happen! Word of mouth it's the biggest form of advertisement and whenever you don't have good employees and you have rude disrespectful employees, it's only a matter of time before you have no business.
