Kaizen Japanese Cuisine — Restaurant in Paris

I ordered for pick up today and am extremely satisfied with the quality of the sushi. This spot will be my new go-to sushi spot going forward. I ordered the White Tuna sashimi, which were clean, tasting, silky, and melt in your mouth. The Kaizen rolls were also very good, and the Salmon ceviche had great flavor. Absolutely delicious. The house soup was okay, and I thought the soy sauce was too salty for my taste. I would've liked more wasabi and ginger with my meal, but I still give this place 5 stars because the service was good, and the food was phenomenal! If you haven't tried their sushi, it's a must. The food was delicious, the service was great! The only issue we had during our experience was the heat in the building. There is one AC unit, but it was unnoticeable and didn't touch the heat. Once that is fixed or updated, I would say this is my preferred Japanese...
