I've been here to eat many times when in town for work. Every time it was delicious....... Except for this past Monday night. Every item on the plate was de-appetizing. Granted they were short handed and busy busy, so it took a while to get our food ordered. Not an issue at all. But when a restaurant is that busy, and 3 scorching hot plates come out MAYBE 4 minutes after we ordered, something has to be wrong. The refried beans were runny and simply looked gross. The rice was half dried out, half mushy and looked like leftovers from the weekend. And I've never seen sliced mushrooms "sweat", but if you look and feel like rubber, they will. .They had to come straight from a can, and had no grill marks or char. The chicken breast was over-cooked, and I bet had been sitting there for a while since it was miraculously ready in under 4 minutes. Very disappointed with every aspect of this visit. I was waiting for the man at the register to ask the obligatory "how was everything" so I could voice my concerns, but he said nothing at all. I might go back, but it will take a while...

I got enchiladas and a chile relleno dinner. I did not need this much food but it costs me about $20, and I was full through the next day.
Come here if you're in Paris. Tip...

All wait staff joined in preping silverware in napkins right at the next table. ▪ Fajitas were a little tough but still tender enough to scarf-up. Entre was lightly seasoned, not bland, not too spicy. ▪ Artsy, theme oriented decor. Cost was nominal. Asked about the name, 1 wait-person told me the owner & his wife both have mothers named Maria. Thus, the name. ▪...
