KFC — Restaurant in Parkersburg

I gave them 2 stars just because of chicken was good.We ordered a 16-piece meal, four extra biscuits and a 8-piece chicken so I spend $60 for a family feast and extra. The chicken was good, The biscuits were cold dried out you go to pull one apart it just falls apart like dry it out Play-Doh. Now the sides there's supposed to be family size right My containers or barely half so how am I supposed to feed my family with two scoops of mashed potatoes and mac and cheese. I will get them applause they know what a container looks like when it's supposed to be filled because my gravy was plumful too bad we don't have mashed potatoes for all that gravy. If I ever come back here it will chicken only until they mess that up. I don't go here often because I used to work at KFC The quality food that they're serving I can't believe that My managers that I had back in the day they would flipped there lids if that product was coming out...

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. When I got it, it was pretty cold and bread was stale. Asked for a warm version of the S.C., then received it's older clone brother. Which somehow had the added flavor of being "Nuked" and then packed into the ice while there was a hockey tournament played on it, removed and then on to me. NOT GOOD! Not to mention leaving my bag near the door, while I'm sitting near the door in the "Empty Chicken Hole." Able to see if any other customers had entered the "Hole." Then when I go to leave my bag is not there and nobody has seen it yet nobody was there except the store employees. But thank heavens it was only a couple hundred dollars worth of stuff! I ordered the $25-$30 meal. The biscuits were harder then a rock. Very un edible. And I had asked the lady in the drive thru for 4 plates, silverware, and if she could to please make sure that I get some butter and honey packs in my bag. I got my order and I asked if that was my full order, she responded with yes everything should be there. I looked very quickly and thankfully that I did and reminded her of the plates, silverware, and the butter and honey packs. I shrugged it off and blew it off as everybody makes mistakes and forgets things. But then when I got home, I opened up the biscuits and I was very displeased.
