Noe Office Equipment — Local services in Parkersburg

We leased a duplicator from NOE a few years ago. As a part of the lease agreement, NOE agreed to service the equipment to keep it in working order.

It stopped working in February of 2022, and they sent someone out to look at it who spent less than 5 minutes before throwing up his hands and saying he had no clue. He told us that he would send someone else out - and no one ever showed.

Fast forward to September 2022 - we have tried contacting them multiple times since with no solutions.

NOE used to be a great company - now I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

As a freelancer and consultant, I consider NOE to be my "print department". I can email a design on the fly, swing by the retail shop on my way to a client meeting, and pick up my printed materials. And since Travis is also a graphic designer, I can run my design by him to get his thoughts and suggestions. (I can't tell you how valuable this is to me, to be able to get a team's perspective when I work alone.) I've also used NOE print services for conference nametags, and Lisa helped me get the project done the morning of the event when I'd fallen behind due to a family health crisis. Absolutely unprofessional behavior from management. My husband was involved in an accident with an employee driving a company vehicle from NOE office supply. My husband was rear-ended with my 5 year old in the vehicle. The general manager Lisa has refused for 2 months to provide us with their insurance information so that we can have our vehicle repaired.
