McDonald's — Restaurant in Parkersburg

I hate to make a bad review but uhm this was ridiculous. We went through the drive thru specifically asked for fresh fries, the guy taking our order said they could do that. We get our food ONLY burgers are fine, BUT i go back inside to ask for a refund.. i don’t even get the chance to ask i just told the girl upfront they were old and not one word she just snatched them out of my bag went to the back and got new ones…i went back to the car bc i was SHAKING…i check the rest of our stuff one pop was flat, lettuce old and slimy, chicken nuggets were old, chicken snack wraps old. We had two separate orders and both WERE OLD!!! i called back in to speak to the manager and she interrupted me saying “oh i just dropped those” acting as if im not the one who just ate old food and had to SPIT IT OUT.. she’s so rude giving me attitude and i tried to speak again after she interrupted and she’s still speaking over me and yelling… the manager is not setting a good example for the other co workers.. No wonder why everyone is so rude. You may have a bad day but it’s still your job. -1000000000000000/10...

I would not recommend going there you would think that with everything going on with the world right now that the workers would show a little common curiosity but no. I went through the drive thru yesterday and ordered 1 strawberry banana smoothie and that's all I waited for more then 10 minutes and then was told to pull forward and wait for my smoothie So I did I waited but I had to go to work so.i called and they were very rude and said that they were working on it and it would be a few more minutes So I left I was all ready late for wor . So I called and the manager that I talked to was very nice and said that I could come tomorrow to get it So i came to get it. And one of the workers was dirty looking me and then said something to another worker and looked at me. I dont appreciate bring talked about while waiting for a drink. So if you want service with a little respect I dont recommend...

So only leaving on star because 0 isn't an option. I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 mcdouble with extra pickle and 2 mcdouble only ketchup. Also a basket of fries and 2 frappe. They brought it up right on screen then told me to hold on a minute while they got my total and changed my order. I didn't know until I paid. I brought this up at the pick up window and they tried to charge me more for their mix-up but wasn't even the right price difference. Then after they said they got it figured out and repeated the right order the messed it up. And I got 2 only pickle and and 2 only ketchup. All the food was cold. The last three times I have been there have had issues with poor service or cold food. Which is why I am writing this. And why I very rarely go there.

Called 3 times no one...
