So, we stopped off at this place to go to the bathroom! It was the weekend of the Lewis Base McCord air show and there were people everywhere! Most of the other places had their bathrooms closed, this place did not. That was generous. They had an outdoor stand for quick iced drinks. Because my daughter and my cousin had to wait in line for the bathroom, my husband went next door and got some teriyaki, the bathroom was closed there. The drink I ordered was complicated. It was made of oat milk and was a latte iced. They called it twisted, I have also heard it called a tuxedo, latte. No whip. They handed me a number because so many people were coming in and out. Although it was probably one of the busiest days of the year, the staff was calm, considerate, and careful. They treated each other with respect, which I found delightful. Went in for the first time this morning to meet with a friend. In my opinion, the atmosphere was nice and relaxing. My drink was a 20 oz coffee toffee frap with almond milk and I ordered a maple bar as well. After leaving a $1 tip my total was over $10. Pricey. There was one order ahead of mine and no people in line behind me, but immediately after taking the order in front of me the employee began making their order without a single acknowledgement that I was standing there. I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes waiting to be helped or acknowledged. After I ordered and took a seat on a cozy couch by the faux fireplace an employee brought me my order which was nice. My maple bar was good, but ordinary and my drink was also decent, but not at all what I was expecting as there wasn't a smidge of toffee flavor.. One more negative-as we were sitting and chatting was that my friend and I were extremely overcome with the smell of bleach. It was so strong that my friend seemed to be really bothered by it.

Two words "Flat Bread!" After trying out their signature Blue Steele, chicken bacon ranch and the brunch flat breads, I can tell you that this is one of those places that first come to mind when I want a quick great meal! The locations was a little off my beaten path, but a friend recommended it and I am so glad they did!

Service is excellent with friendly, helpful servers. The food comes out quickly, and is piping hot! And, they have a very comfortable decor with seating that provides a great place to study or relax.

The only thing I haven't tried is the coffee, but I actually don't drink coffee so you will have to check with other reviewers for that part, though I did see many people with coffee when I was there.
