Apple Teriyaki — Restaurant in Washington

We asked for a refund it was So bad. And It was really dirty, I'm talking splatters on the wall next to the table and crud in the corners of the chairs. I ordered chicken breast teriyaki and we ended up getting our money back. I rarely send back food but it didn't even taste or feel like real chicken. It was gummy and chewy, but with a strange crunch, like biting through a tendon in chicken only it was every single bit. there was something very wrong with it. The cooks explination was that it was really fresh (?!) That he'd just gotten it from the butcher so that's why it was like that. If you ain't ever had the "baked cheese teriyaki combos"... Then your world is not complete yet!!! Jus saying!! Best and friendliest Teriyaki joint in the world!!! Hands down!!!

We use to eat here religiously, at least once a week and then my family and I moved from Parkland to Fircrest and it became just a special treat, when the moons aligned perfectly for us. We have tried almost every other Teriyaki spot, (in a 10 mile radius) around our new house, BUT NO ONE COMPARES EVEN SLIGHTLY TO 🍎 APPLE TERIYAKI!!!

Me and my family went in for my sisters birthday today for her choice of dinner. We called prior to coming in, they did not close until 9 p.m. tonight and when we had gotten there at 8 p.m. they said all they had was chicken teriyaki. I am sorry but for a business to be open for at least another hour I would expect them to at least be serving or being able to service us with more options than the teriyaki I have been here before and never had this happen any time I have been there even when it was closer to closing.
