McDonald's — Restaurant in Parkville

Yet another McDonald's bin Baltimore that is closed before their sign says they should be! I deliver food and not only do I not wanna deal with the drive thru but I have to use the restroom and nowhere but McDonald's let's u anymore and then they're closed anywhere. From 7pm to 10pm at night, who closes that early? The door says 11pm,ni got here at 10;51pm and the doors r locked. So the sign is once again a lie! This is getting ridiculous and McDonald's shouldn't allow it. If ur open till 11pm then be open until 11pm, some people count on it. Plus no one that's doing GrubHub or any other delivery service wants to sit in a drive thru line for half an hour, so I'm sure they end up throwing mad food orders away at the end...

The workers here were so horribly rude. I do DoorDash & I never have any issues at any restaurant EXCEPT McDonalds. It doesn't matter which location, it's always a pain in the @$$ getting food from them. Now this location, specifically, was absolutely AWFUL today! I go to pick up a DD order. I walk in & there is 1 customer at the register waiting to place their order & another waiting at the pick up spot for their order that they just placed. The employees completely ignored all Dashers & (no matter who had been there about 30 mins or who had only been there 10 mins) we all got our orders at the same time... after all the ppl who ordered at the drive thru window or the register. So apologies...

Crystal, the manager, and santrice, the employee at the window just gave my the WORST experience that I've ever had at a McDonald's, and that's no exaggeration.... Santrice nearly assaulted me by clapping in my face because she had me sitting at the voice box for 20 mins without responding to anything that I said. When I asked for her manager crystal came out with an automatic attitude... If it wasn't for the morning shift, who are always kind to me I would think that this location's training sucks... Such poor customer service... And because she waited 20 mins to even hear what I wanted to order, they weren't willing to make it... I'm so upset. I wish I could give less than a star...
