Pizza Boli's — Restaurant in Parkville

The food here is great. However the customer service is horrific. My order is ALWAYS WRONG & the delivery driver is the the worst. He refuses to bring your order to your door and he refuses to get out of the car. I have been ordering from this location over the course of 3 yrs and 2 different addresses. I provide delivery instructions every time I order and they are never followed. I always have to walk up to the vehicle to get my own food. It is NEVER delivered to my door. I am not one to complain but today’s experience really did it for me. I told the delivery driver that I have covid therefore I cannot come down to get my food. I also tipped him in advance. He argues with me about how he can’t come up. I asked him why do they offer no contact delivery if he can’t bring me my food and leave it at my door. He continues to argue about how he can’t come up but he will leave my food in the lobby to avoid contact. I’m tired of going back and forth with him so I have no choice but to send my boyfriend who also has covid down stairs to get my food. When my boyfriend arrives downstairs the driver refuses to get out of his car and insist on handing him the food through the window after he already told me he would leave the food in the lobby. Two days ago, my boyfriend and I ordered pizza boli’s online. We ordered two buffalo chicken wraps & a side order of cheese fries. First off, the wraps were not what we expected! Buffalo chicken wraps normally come with buffalo sauce, the buffalo chicken wrap I ordered from here didn’t come with any! It seemed like whoever made it just threw some black pepper on the wraps. However, the cheese fries was delicious, my boyfriend definitely enjoyed! Today, my boyfriend and I decided to order pizza boli’s in-line again. Terrible decision! We order steak & cheese fries, a gyro, 6 wings and a chicken and shrimp sub. First off, when I placed the order, it said that we would receive the order in 45 mins. An hour had came and gone, so I decided to call and check on my order. When I called, the person I talked with on the phone, did not have any knowledge of my order. About 5-7 mins, my order was found but I had to wait an additional 30 for them to deliver my food. (I do believe, the staff at pizza boli’s had just made my order when I called after waiting for an hour). *Not to mention, we’re 5 mins away from pizza boli’s driving! I ordered May 10, 2019. I was extremely nervous to order from here as in the past I had bad experiences with pizza Bolis before. Mind you I ordered Around 12am . Ok so I called in and A lady answered the phone and I don't know if it was because it was late but she seemed like she had an attitude. I ordered 1 large sausage pizza with a cheese steak sub everything no hots, no tomatoes with a side of fries. My boyfriend is allergic to tomatoes and he was the one going to get my food once it was delivered. They took about an hour to arrive and once I paid for my food. I opened my cheese steak sub and low and behold it had tomatoes on it .Luckily he wasn't near me when i went to eat my food because then we would of had serious problems . Not only that but the cheesesteak sub was somewhat "watered" down and didnt look all that appealing and the fries were dry as hell. I tried calling back to tell them they had messed up my order but they were closed by then. All I know is that I will never eat at pizza bolis again . This was the last straw and this time their incompetence could have really been dangerous as someone's health was at risk. I wish i could give 0 stars .
