Burger King — Restaurant in Parma

We went inside and had to wait almost 30 minutes for them to get our order correct after several attempts at trying to do so. Seems their was a lot of miscommunication between manager and employees which I could clearly see that frustrated and intimidated the cooks behind the counter. The manager offered us free dessert for our wait, which we gladly accepted. However, when we got our food, the onion rings were cold and the buns were so dry that they fell apart after first bite making a mess of our hands and angered my boyfriend making the entire experience a less than happy one. On our way out I noticed there was a hiring sign and thought that maybe those cooks were new and didn't quite have it down how procedures were done since the manager kept reiterating "mark your sandwiches please." I know we'll never go back any time soon. It’s sad to me that the BK in our area have gone downhill fast in terms of service and quality of food. The above BK was a bad experience and a few months earlier we went to the one on Snow Road. As we walked inside, all....I mean ALL the employees walked out the back door even though they saw us coming in. We waited for about 8 min someone to return to take our order but no one ever did so we left. As we were going behind the BL bldg on our way out, we noticed four employees outside the door smoking cigarettes. They just stared at us as we drove by. Sad. Very sad. BK used to be my favorite when I lived in Avon Lake, but here in Brookpark, they really have some issues that need addressed. Weirdest experience at a BK thus far..

I drove through their drive thru and asked for the mix and match deal, just with impossible croissants instead of the regular ones. My total was 4$ and change. It said so on the screen, and I read things off of screens all day so I know what I read. Pulled up to the window and they did a bait-and-switch on me and told me to pay 8$. I explained to the “gentleman” at the window that he is giving me a different price. He actually walked outside to the monitor to check! And then came back to tell me that’s not what he saw, so he can’t honor it. I very calmly told him that accusing me of lying is just bad business practice and that I am not lying to him. He then keeps arguing with me. I told him bye bye and that I’m not going to argue with him and that he can have a nice day. Did not complete the transaction. Might this have anything to do with the fact that BK’s are closing everywhere, unlike other places with vastly superior customer service? There is one by my work which is the third closed down BK I have driven to in the past month. Don’t nickel and dime people, and certainly don’t accuse them of lying. What’s funny is this is a minimum wage employee who is being made to do so by his management. I was on my way to work, wearing business attire and somehow I was being treated as though I’m casually driving through BK drive thrus looking to lie and scam Burger Kings. I will continue going to the BK near my house as it is a small town and the owners are way nicer, but I’m done with all other Burger Kings. Such a losing strategy in...

If I could give zero stars I would. This Burger king is the absolute worst I have ever been to. I live in walking distance from this location and every single time I have ever went here my food was wrong, cold, and NOT EDIBLE. I stopped going all together because of this. One night I was by myself my kids and husband where gone and was craving a good whopper. I treated myself and I door dashed it. The only thing I ordered was a whopper meal with half-sies, half onion rings and half fries, and a strawberry lemonade. TWENTY DOLLARS! My dasher waited 20 min for this one value meal. To the point where she messaged me and apologized that she was still waiting. My food was finally delivered, and the food was absolutely disgusting. The fries and onion rings where so old like looked like HOURS OLD. NOT EDIBLE. How can a human being pack this up and serve it to another human being and be ok with it?? The lemonade that was given to me was mango. Like how do you see strawberry and give someone mango? I am just so grossed out by this that I hope whoever decides to stop here checks their food and if its old go back and make them re-make your food. The amount they charge for value meals now the food should be hot and fresh and freeking...
