UPDATE EDIT: Staff went out of their way to remake my cake and went full on the gas with pretty flowers and making it look beautiful!!

THANK YOUUUUUUUU! A lovely interior, makes you feel warm and like family, but ordering a cake was sadly a joke. I put in a custom 7" cake order last week for Mother's Day weekend pick-up, a dulce de leche with whipped cream frosting and lots of assorted colorful flowers (on tops and sides). Sadly I was given a cake that had only a limited amount of flowers (as they said that's all that can fit in on the top with the handwriting being there and never mentioned the extra flowers on the side were extra until I was getting it corrected, but what I requested in my order appears accidentally ignored). They were kind enough to let me drive back and get what I requested, but cutting the cake at the celebration and it was strawberry cassata. I do hope from the voicemail I left ASAP, this can be addressed ASAP on Tuesday when they open for the week so I can receive a refund or some compensation for this. It appears to be a big freak accident.

What's more sad is I confirmed it twice during the order call last week, the worker even repeated it back to me double checking themselves. Dissapointing disorganization that ruined a personal celebration and for the people I planned to celebrate and share this with. We were very disappointed. :(

(Pictured is the incorrect cake flavor in case the bakery or whoever decides to contest because you know some folks would lie about it to get a free cake. I just want proper service and customer...

First time shopper, great service. My wife has known about Colozza's bakery for a long time, she even suggested it when we were sampling for our wedding cake. She tells me their pastries are devine and we've got to get some paczkis. Though I must remember to say it correctly, "ponch-key". So comes the day when means and opportunity collide and we find ourselves in their parking lot. We talk about what I am to get and she sends me in. There's a short line so I look at the case and am overwhelmed by the confectionary beauty. The lady behind the counter says "can I help you" and I place my order. Six paczkis, 4 beignets, and a chocolate covered thing called a canolli bomb that wasn't specifically on my list. The lady boxes my order and we talk for a minute about the area and the food and I walk out to my wife who had expected a call so she would know I had placed the order correctly. "What's that!" She says looking at the box on top. I tell her and she says we should save it for later, that for now I need to try my first beignet. I do. Amazing. She then says we should have paczkis because shes been craving them... We do. Stupendous! To speed this up a bit, paczkis are even better when you havent just eaten a beignet, and I hear that canolli bombs are the tops, and I should get one just for me the next time we go... my wife ate I all up while I was at work. Good food. Good people. Reasonable prices. Only drawback is that so few people know...

I have worked in customer service for many years...even at the management level so I truly understand great customer service. I used Colozza's for my wedding cake October 2016 and they far exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, they were polite, easy to work with, always had a smile, followed up on any communications initiated by me, i.e., questions, etc., and the cake was to die for!!! I worked personally with Angelo for the most part but I also had a couple of dealings with his wife who was just as friendly as he was. They were efficient, pleasant, met delivery time/day, and the cake was exactly as I wanted. I even had issues finding the exact topper I wanted and they made my day special by providing it. I can't say enough about Colozza's!! I will use them for all of my baking needs and have told many about them as my guests continually asked me "who made your cake". OUTSTANDING, OUTSTANDING, OUTSTANDING!!! THANK YOU FOR HELPING TO MAKE MY DAY SPECIAL!!! P.S. the pricing is very reasonable compared to other bakeries while the quality/taste of their food far exceeds some of those...

April 2022: rumor has it that Parma has some of the most diverse and tastiest bakeries in the greater Cleveland area. IDK, but so far those claims seem to hold. Pros: * Wide variety of pastries, cookies, and cakes. The patrons swear that Colozza's has the best cakes. * Various Italian pastries. * The cashew cookies were tasty and exceeded my expectations. * Clean bakery and friendly staff who took multiple orders. Cons: * They sell some items by the pound. I ordered a half pound of the cashew cookies. Not really an issue, but it seemed strange to me at first. However, the cookies did vary in size so it would be a (1) system of premeasured ingredients vs. (2) system of weigh and sell. Conclusion: heck yeah, I will be back. If I have a special event, then I will consider their services as well.

A few days ago I bought a chocolate and jam cake 🎂 that looked very good, but when I tasted it I noticed that it was very sweet, I think it had 60g of sugar per 100g of cake, the first layer was dry without syrup. . They tell us that the recipes of all the cakes are from Italy, which I don't believe, I know the taste of Italian cakes.. I can tell them that the high amount of sugar in their products does not make the product tastier, on the contrary, it changes it for the worse. I hope that this comment will make the owner reduce the amount of sugar in their products or maybe make custom products with less sugar or with Stevia, think of some recipes for those with diabetes, obesity... The store and employees are five stars.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
