Marsella's Pizza — Restaurant in Parma

I can no longer false advertise for Marsella's pizza. I have deleted my reviews along with pictures of all the food we have eaten here. I had over 2,000 views and I know many ppl ordered here because of my reviews & pics. There food has gotten significantly worse over the last few months. I just ordered again today and I am done. To many chance in the last few months and it hasn't gotten better , only worse. Food quality has significantly dropped and delivery usually takes 1 hr - 1hr 20 min. ( including during the week before dinner hours). I thought maybe its just me, but I just talk to the neighbor who recommended Marsella's pizza a year ago to me. They said they stopped ordering from here a couple months ago, because the food quality has been extremely poor. You may get lucky and have a decent pizza or other items, but beware it isn't like that all the time!!. Also my neighbor down the street said they t0o have had to wait longer for their for food delivery & their food was lukewarm at best. They decided a couple months ago they were no longer going to give this establishment anymore chances. I am sorry Marsella's, but you lost this customer as well for good and now you will lose other customers because I took my review & photos down. I don't know what's happened, but your food quality is very poor 90% of the time over the past 4 months or so. Delivery should not take longer than an hour and food should be at least "hot" not lukewarm to cold. I hope whatever has caused food quality & delivery to be very poor compared to 6 months or so ago , you go back to the way it use to be. But unfortunately I won't be back. My neighbor said maybe the food delivery takes longer, because their customers increased due to my other reviews. Lol but that doesn't explain the poor quality...

See update review at the end. This meal was shared between to people. $40 total. $20 each. Which is not bad. We ordered full slab rib dinner w/jo jo fries. 1 large cheese pizza. (Had it delivered) The ribs were very tender & flavorful. The Jojo fries are so good! If you look at pic you can see jojo's are a decent size. I have ordered from other places and most are small, not at Marsella's. The pizza is very, very, very good! As you can see in pic couldn't wait to have a slice befor taking photo. (Lol) All the food was delivered HOT. Did I mention how AMAZING everything tasted?? We really wanted a shareable dessert. Unfortunately, they have no dessert items!!! 👎 👎 I have ordered food from here for the past 4 yrs. It has always tasted good!!@ This is the first time my friend has had it and she loved everything Except the fact we have no dessert for later tonight 🤨😭 Big choc chip cookie the size of small pizza would have been great! HINT HINT to Marsella's owner. I believe anyone with children would agree as well. The large pizzas do run smaller than large pizza at other pizza places. In my case it was ok because we were sharing everything. If you looked at my pics & decided not to order from here my question to you is what is wrong with you? Look at that food, looks absolutely delicious and trust me it was sooo good. UPDATE: I have wanted to try their spaghetti. I did finally try it and I would rate their spaghetti and meatballs 3 stars. The sauce was not good, but their meatballs were amazing. I will definitely be trying their meatball sub in the very near future. I will update...

I have to say, I have never had to complain in the few years I've been ordering. Tonight, the phone call was simple and courteous, the food was above and beyond, and the delivery was right on time, hot, and the delivery driver was very nice. I personally called to let them know that, and that I will be leaving a review online. They do close at 9, so the guy that somehow misread that, and ordered at 9, can go kick rocks, the other people that complain about it being under different management.... it happens everywhere! No one is perfect, and some people won't give up their recipes! As for the people that say it's bland... your taste buds are wayyyyyy off. Last but not least, the cheap ones, you get what you pay for, and I would order from them every single night while you enjoy your $5 digiorno. But, everyone is entitled to their opinion, and mine, is a 5 out of 5. Great job, Marsella's, will talk...
