P.Jay’s Pizza — Restaurant in Parma

I have ordered from this place for years. It went under new ownership and we were promised nothing would change. However, as most places do things have started to change over time. But most importantly what has changed is the employees and the friendliness we used to get when we ordered. We ordered online as I have many times before. The one special they have does not allow you to enter any toppings for your pizza. I have told them this the last three times I have been in there and all I get is the same answer we will have someone look into it I have told them about it. The total when I got there was different then the online total online. When asked why I got an attitude from the girl cashing us out. She did ask if I wanted to speak to a manager but why would I when I have already told him about the problem 2 other times and it is still not fixed. When my husband mentioned about not coming back she rolled her eyes at us and turned her back as to not care or listen to what we were saying. This was not the first customer service issue we had since the new owners took over. However this will be the last. I can say we used to be faithful followers when Chris owned it, now with all the changes we WILL NOT BE...

Ordered half sheet pepperoni 25 wings and half pan salad 24 hours in advance for Browns game /Christmas Eve get together Pickup time was for 12pm. I get there at 12:15 and they said it’s not been started yet because the ticket time was put down for 1 PM The Browns game starts at 1 PM luckily my people were running late anyway so no biggie the manager did give me an extra half sheet of pizza but When I got home both pizzas did not have pepperoni only plain cheese. So I called and the manager said something about $20 gift card or something to my phone which never happened. I even ordered this in advance and they still messed up don’t come here for something that’s important just order from here when you just want dinner We will go elsewhere for now on for something big. And that’s not really that big. Imagine if I had to do a catering or several sheets of pizza and 100 wings I definitely wouldn’t come here and get embarrassed. The pizza is OK, and is an alternative to Antonio's Parmatown. However, I can not recommend this place after the interaction with the owner of the business. 3rd time is a charm! He has been rude on the phone with me twice, however I draw the line when he is rude to my wife.

He is not giving anything away and matter of fact, we feel we over pay for the small size of the pizzas. We will no longer support this small business and continue using Antonio's, Papa John's and Guy's Pizza where you are welcomed and your business is appreciated.

We regularly bought pizza from there bi-weekly which normally costs $49 for the 3 large 3 topping pizzas, translating to $1300/yr, FOR PIZZA! Not anymore! I recommend you take your business elsewhere, where your hard earned money is appreciated.

Further observation makes me wonder how his interaction towards his employees are, as the many times I have been there I noticed they seem like they work...
