It has been so hot out lately so I was looking for something light for dinner and I found this place when I searched for salads. This place hit the spot! I ordered their chicken swarma salad, the chicken was juicy, tender and really flavorful and came with a couple of olives, tomatoes and cucumbers. I thought it also came with feta but I guess not. The chicken was amazing, my only complaint is I wish it would have had more extras on the salad. I didn't notice they put the dressing on the salad until I took a bite of the salad at that bottom. I would recommend ordering the dressing on the side so your salad doesn't get soggy by the time you eat it. The salad dressing was okay not much more to say about it. I also ordered the falafel with a side of their garlic sauce and I would come here just for the garlic sauce!! The best I've ever had at any other Mediterranean place. Falafel was also good, flavorful and not too dry and came with their lemon tahini dressing which was tangy and creamy and went with the falafel, but I still prefer the garlic sauce on everything! I ordered pick up so from what I could see inside it was very clean and well kept. They also have a cute front patio. I'll definitely be back to try other items in the menu.

Common sense? I recently ordered a small hummus. When I picked up my order there was a small item wrapped in foil. I asked what was in the foil and was told that it was one piece of pita bread for the hummus. I then asked if the bread would be enough to accommodate all of the hummus in the container, response given was "I don't know, I don't eat bread" I couldn't believe the response! I then asked the girl if common sense would tell you if one piece of pita bread would be enough. No response given. I decided to purchase a bag of pita and recommended that they consider raising the price of the hummus to include a bag of pita bread. The next day I purchased a bag of baby carrots, they were perfect with the hummus and surprised that they do not have cut vegetables as an option to purchase with the hummus. Great food but it seems like they are cutting portions over the last year. This experience will cut my visits! Customer service was lacking. At a minimum an extra piece of pita bread should have been offered.

Richly flavored, beautifully textured Lebanese vegetarian platter. I almost always pick the same thing each time I try a new Middle Eastern restaurant of any style— my theory is that you can tell a lot about a place just by the hummus and the baba ghanoush or whatever eggplant dip they have. The pita is the very thin style, which makes a great pocket for making a sandwich with the two crisp and not overly oiled falafel balls. The eggplant dip is perfectly smoky and not overly heavy as well. The tabouli is a style I’ve not had before that is juicy and heavy on the dressing, and the lemony brightness of the dressing is such a delight. Hummus is a very particular, subjective category of food, and this establishment’s iteration is of the extra extraordinarily smooth, tahini focused style. I finished off my meal with a sample of their baklava, which was fine if a little stale. I’ll definitely try some more of their menu based on this first delectable foray. Great value for the prices.

Use to enjoy the food at sittoos Parma Location... Now all i get is bad meat selects. Literally over cooked/Burnt/Or Chewy chicken you have to spit back up. I’m so tired of enjoying 20% of the meal and paying so much more money for nothing. I usually get the Sittoos Combo. Comes with rice salad and chicken and steak and a beef stick. I’m only able to eat 30% of the chicken. The rest is BAD. They give you 3 small pieces of steak. At least one piece of steak is okay to eat the rest is tough and so chewy you can’t actually chew it. Oh and do yourself a favor and don’t get double meat.. They literally charge you an extra $5 for more trash meat selects. It’s like they don’t even look at how bad the meat looks. Just serves it. And they don’t actually give you “DOUBLE MEAT”. They actually just give you 15-20% more meat. Im fed up with sittoos. I’ll no longer be eating there. Hopefully this review is acknowledged so they Can atleast try to do better especially if they are going to be more over priced than other places. Oh and you can deff tell the meat isn’t made to order. Just over cooked meat sitting for hours waiting to be...

The food is always so tasty and fresh, authentic, service is fast and friendly, the store and what you can see of the kitchen is sparkling clean. There's a lot of great Lebanese places near me but Sittoos has the BEST baba gannoush so I still drive to Parma. Their pita is fresh from Jasmine near me. The dewalli and falafel are so flavorful, their pickled turnips are sour and crunchy, the meat is seasoned and cooked to perfection. I only wish they offered a wider range of hot sauce options, their house hot sauce is so flavorful but not too hot. Their tahini is rich and smokey without being bitter, a bit liquidy but perfect if you don't mind messy hands. Even their delivery is scrumptious, even if door dash makes you wait and the temperature is low, the flavor and texture holds out so well compared to other falafel nearby. The staff is smiling and helpful and always moving. Exact same for their UC location! I can see this place making a splash as a chain if enough people try it. Could be the next...
