Jack's Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Parrish

The Jack's in Parrish has a great morning staff through the week and on the weekends. They always seem to be in a good mood even if it has been a rough morning rarely does it show. However, the evening staff does have one staff in particular that always seems to have an attitude. I know staff has witnessed this attitude while on shift with them, and I feel that they may not say anything out of confrontation of this person. I don't know what may be going on with this individual for them to generally almost always have a bad attitude but if they can't be more courteous and kinder to the very people that is coming in and purchasing food from this establishment, then maybe they may need to look for another job that doesn't require them to be so hands on with the public. I personally avoid if at all possible coming in the evening to keep from having to interact with this particular staff. When I haft to, all I get is attitude and my order is always incorrect. I have complained before and I know other patrons have is well but yet this person is still working there. I know there are camera and there should be audio, I have suggested to review film so the managers can witness this person's behavior. I seriously doubt they have cause she/he is still on shift there. I will be keeping my business to the morning shift and I really appreciate their wonderful attitudes and...

I had a really nice breakfast to Jack's. Only thing that really bothered me was there was some really snobby looking ladies in the corner and there was a really poor looking lady working at the register but she was working really hard She was kind of overweight and had a hard time getting around but she was doing the best she could do to do her job She may have even been a disabled worker that works part time and I was sitting there eating and I kept hearing these ladies talking about her one lady in particular and she talked about her and talked about her to her friends until she decided to call the manager over there and cause the lady behind the register problems because the lady had said something about could everyone please put their paper inside the garbage can cause people was throwing their paper all over the top of the garbage can and I could understand that I mean that's not too much to ask of grown-ups and those ladies called that manager out there and did their best to get that poor old lady in trouble that probably needed that money more than they've ever needed money in their life and it wasn't Jax fault but I think Jack's should have told them women that that ladies are very good worker and that could they please not be harassing...

This place needs a manager who will manage the employees. I was in there recently and had to go inside. Watched the front line guy and the guy running the grill both sweep and go straight back to work without washing their hands. The grill guy was wearing gloves. He may have been protecting himself but not the food. Today I went through the drive through. Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, was told one would have to be cooked and would take 8 minutes. I said ok. Paid and waited. I watched the line clear and continued to wait. No one came so I drove back around. Same girl comes to window. I explained it had been more than 8 minutes. She got an attitude, rolled her eyes, argued with me, told me I was wrong because it was still cooking. Then checked told me it had been 11 minutes. Which I told her she said 8, she then snapped back at me that it had to be breaded . I asked for my money back.
