Hardee’s — Restaurant in Parsons

I almost put two stars but we love the burgers. Their food is delicious! And you actually get what you ordered more often than not compared to most other places. Only problem (and the reason it gets 3 stars) is that you can order one (1) burger, fry, and coke (a simple combo) and wait for close to thirty minutes on average to get your meal. My fiance and I have actually had to drive off several times because we were going to be late from a thirty minute (to 45 minute on payday) lunch break. I'm sorry but that's ridiculous. It shouldn't take an hour/+ to get your food at a "Fast Food" establishment with one car ahead of you (if any). But once you get your food its delicious, absolutely no complaints with the food itself, just service. I just can't comprehend why it should possibly take thirty minutes to an hour to get your food at a burger joint. I worked at Sonic for two years and we got reprimanded from management if an order went longer than three and a half minutes. Really ridiculous Hardee' s. The place always gives me the creeps. The food is often lukewarm and stale. They make you wait an unusual amount of time, and sometimes they mock you. The disrespectful staff tells me over the drive through speaker "be right with you", they let myself and all the others sit in line for 10 minutes, then the next thing I hear is another voice "You're STILL waiting? AHAHAHAHAHHHHHH?!" - hysterical laughter almost like they are high or something. I think they were doing it to all the drive through customers as the one before me was at the menu for the same duration before driving off aggressively. CASH ONLY for I think a couple years now. Building, fixtures, and hiring practices require some repair. Something fishy is going on. Looks like whoever is running this probably paid for a bunch of fake reviews recently - Why would a fast-food joint that obviously doesn't give a damn about their actual reputation run so much damage control? Parsons, TN Hardee’s, we’ve been to your restaurant many times over the years because it’s right on our way to places we enjoy visiting. I don’t know, but this may be our last visit with you. Management either wasn’t present or didn’t care. Actually, someone in the back was yelling “I don’t care” when another worker said “we need to get this done.” The lady from the front had to go put on an apron and help in back. Other orders got ahead of ours and we had to wait. We were on our way to Vanderbilt for my husband that’s had surgery for cancer and really didn’t want to spend a lot of time waiting on food. One man told them he was going to be late for work, just give him a biscuit. Last week when we stopped, it wasn’t great either. My husband wound up with cold coffee. We used to like stopping here, but we may not anymore. Also, why on earth take away the best thing you had on the menu? The cinnamon raisin biscuit was the best….when they actually put...
