Del Taco — Restaurant in Pasadena

Closes at 12:00 on the sign the website and I was there at 11:09 there was a truck in front of me I remember because somebody wrote "buttcheeks" one word, in the dust on the tailgate.

Three cars behind me. Ordered a medium #4 guy says, "Sorry not making burgers now, were closing in like 15 minutes." I reply " Cool, let me get two stuffed grilled chicken quesadilla tacos, chicken spicy jack quesadilla, and a classic grilled chicken burrito.

On Lake Ave. by 11:22 burrito in hand, headed toward the freeway, grab a taco, realize at this point there's NO chicken spicy jack quesadilla in the bag.

Look at the GPS , I'm 7 minutes from the freeway, look at the clock, I can make it back to Del Taco before Midnight, but according to guy they close at 11:24 Not Midnight.

I just got off an 8 hour bartending shift so I know you need a good 30 minutes to shut it down. But you don't miss an order you charge someone for. Imagine you pay for a drink at my bar, and I don't bring it to you. It's apples to oranges I know. But its the principle.

I don't live here, I have an hour drive. I'm not going to make an hour trip to have my fast food order fixed, or flip a b** to get snubbed at 11:45. I was there 51 minutes from Midnight, you can start shutting it down if it's slow, but I had at least 3 cars behind me.

Went to order food through the drive thru, and was not greeted by anyone. Had to yell into the speaker multiple times before getting a half hearted response from an employee that clearly doesn't care to be there. Some white guy in his 20s with a ton of ache. I asked for a number 4 meal and was told that "the fryers are off so I can't do that" no explanation of what items are unavailable due to the fryer not working. I asked what was unavailable and was told "anything that's fried" by the employee, in a rude and condicending attitude.

Ordered the number 4 by itself, and asked for a drink, followed by silence until I repeated myself louder. All he said "pull forward"

My brother in christ I wasn't even finished ordering. For the next 2 minutes we sat and watched as he changed the garbage in front of us with bare hands, and continued to make the food without washing those same hands.

Long story short, we left and went to the location on foothill that had much better service. Don't go here, and fire whoever that employee is.

Rated food 3 because we didn't actually get the food in the end. Decided it wasn't worth the chance of it being...

I was there just half hour ago. Food was ok The issue was the restroom the one to the left side . Anyhow the most disgusting restroom I’ve seen in a del taco if you look at your walls, floor, toilet, and sink they look like they never been deeper cleaned. Stocking it with hand soap toilet paper and/or seat cover is not cleaning it takes more than that!! BTW there was no soap or seat covers either and low on toilet paper. Who ever manages the store should be more involved with their employees on how they are doing their job you guys are running a restaurant wheather it’s a fast food or not restroom need to be clean and check them every hour in the hour. It is bad idk how you all just don’t make sure they get cleaned. And you can tell it’s been weeks or maybe month you can tell the difference between a few days from a few months month. General manager please step up and get your team to do...
