Starbucks — Restaurant in Pasadena

I was visiting my favorite Starbucks when there seemed to be a commotion. It appeared that the District Manager seemed to be upset because there was a homeless man outside waiting for donations. I see this guy all the time and he’s friendly, polite, never causes a problem and not ever aggressive. Well, Jennifer Vanderpool, the District Manager, doesn’t like homeless people. She forced the store manager to tell him to leave. He doesn’t have to!!! He isn’t doing anything wrong. She called the police, who were great by the way! Jennifer lied to the police and wanted police to arrest him. She was so upset that nothing could be done because the homeless guy is not breaking the law!!! The only thing good about my visit was how comical this Karen was. I thought Starbucks did sensitivity training??? They don’t have cameras at this location but I do and I will be informing corporate on how unprofessional this employee represents their brand. I been coming to this starbucks ever since I been attending pasadena city college, which has been three years. I come here on a daily day basis to buy a regular ice coffee and sit down to do my homework. For the first time in three years, one of there employees come outside to tell me and two men that we have to leave because his manager says it. Not very customer service nice. Just because I don't buy a coffee for the first time doesn't mean I don't waist money on your product everyday. In a matter of a fact I have a passion tea in my car, only reason why I didn't buy anything today is because I don't feel like drinking anything since I just ate lunch!!!! But no!!! Since I'm not being a customer there kicking me out!!!! Thank you again manager of this starbucks and workers for being rude to a customer that consumes more starbucks than actual real food. The manager at this Starbucks location is racist as ever. I work here and ever since I started working here I’ve been having problems with him picking on me and harassing me at work. I just had an altercation with him about me drinking water in the lobby and he grabs my cup out of my hand and throws it in the trash and says you can’t drink water in the lobby I’m like what this is where everyone drinks water at even the baristas on break. People had so many complaints about him he’s rude and disrespectful in all means. I would never recommend anyone working here.
