Hawk's Place — Restaurant in Pasadena

Trucker passing through, never been here before but the customer service is amazing! Made me feel like a local! Friendly staff, friendly, customers, all around friendly atmosphere. Smoking is allowed in doors. It is an ice box so no hard liquor is served but you can bring your own liquor. If you're taking an Uber, make sure to get liquor first, the closest liquor store is a 40 minute round trip walk. All the bottle beers are served with a coozie. 2 TVs that were playing baseball when I came in. Cash only but they do have an ATM. 2 pool tables and some slot machines. Golf and darts as well! Will definitely be back when I stop in...

Place was alright drink and tables we're good service was not would have spent more money but indeed up leaving the bartender made me and my husband feel like we were untrustworthy patrons because she told other customers to get their keys and belongings away from us we felt like she was being prejudice against us even though she said hello and bye but her demeanor felt otherwise we were looking for a close place to our home but we'll not be going back and we recommend the turnaround bar which we always had a good experience...

only 2 stars and that’s due to my first time going here, it was pretty nice honestly. bartenders were pretty cool, buut the second time i came back with my friends we stayed around until closing time and im not sure if it was staff but there was people deadass hollering “WHITE POWER” and “WHITE IS RIGHT”… plus a customer had her feet and chanclas on top of the bar counter.. eerrm a little...
