Thank you Angel for going above and beyond helping me resolve my issue. The customer service I received from Angel, representative from the Red Bluff Pasadena location, was 10 stars. She was attentive to my concerns, she stayed in communication about my concerns, she thoroughly investigated my concerns and she shared the process and results every step along the way. She definitely made it right and I appreciate that more than anything.
It seems lately that customer service has gone away and it's a free for all of bad attitudes and blaming on both customer side and business side. Angel was the absolute master of customer service. Angel would be an asset to any customer oriented business and a great trainer to teach the art of customer service to others.

Only 2 person serving and to both I asked the same question and none of them knew the answer. How is possible that they serving food without having knowledge of what they're serving. What a shame! Also, it's not okay to walk away just like that when someone is speaking to you. She shouldn't call me if she wasn't done with the person before me. And the other person had an attitude of not wanting to be there. She wasn't paying attention to what she was doing because I asked for a particular size of bread and she was already preparing and toasted a totally different size of bread. Has harassed me over discrimination, getting my information which is very unprofessional that she got it from a different source. There was even a time where I wanted to get hired here and they didn't want to because of my record which I found very offensive but didn't say anything at the time.
