Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Pasadena

This location used to be decent, but has become steadily worse over the past year. There is rarely enough staff here — often, customers are left for many minutes at a time just standing in the shop waiting for someone to acknowledge them. Employees are never really rude — they’re just zombie-like and unapologetic for the crap experience. Truthfully, they’re probably treated horribly by the franchise owner, who is obviously cheap and NOT at all into customer service. This location almost never has “Hot-N-Ready” pizza on standby, always saying it’ll take about 15 minutes, which is absolutely not what Little Caesars is known for.

The unfortunate thing is, if you’re in Pasadena or Altadena, this is what you’re stuck with. The closest location after this is in Alhambra, which is a 40-minute round trip from central Pasadena. I’m not sure anyone is willing to drive that far/long for a quick and easy dinner option like Little Caesars.

After multiple really disappointing experiences here, I’m done with this location. The company should take notice of this location and severely reprimand the owner — we won’t be returning, and urge others to pass on this. If not, don’t say you weren’t warned!

I ordered a cheese stuff crust pizza yesterday, picked up at 5pm but when I got home the pizza was wrong with regular crust. I had to call 5x times before someone picked up the phone at the Pasadena location when I finally spoke to Jeremiah he said that I could go in with my name and asked that I return the pizza.

I called ahead at 8:50 and spoke to someone who I can only assume is the night shift Supervisor who said that my pizza would be ready in 12 minutes. I arrived and after my pizza was given to me my instincts had me check the box to find that the pizza that was asked to be remade was wrong again. I received all pepperoni instead of half cheese and half pepperoni/pineapple. I was sitting in this cold store waiting for the pizza to be re-remade. This store has been good up until now other than the phone isn't picked up on afternoons but what I also didn't get was an apology. Staff is friendly just a few notes. Ordered food on the mobile app said my pizza would be done at 8:00pm didn’t receive my pizza until 8:55pm. Any one that came in to order wasn’t greeted but informed they would wait an hour for there pizza, I didn’t see the point of using the app if I still almost waited the hour while I placed the order on the app around 7:20. Everyone working looked lost seemed like there was no structure no management. After getting my pizza and waiting so long I’d assume they would be done to perfection or at least somewhat decent but they didn’t even cut the pizza right and when I pulled one slice the cheese from the whole pizza came with the one slice. Since they probably rushed to cook the pizza they probably undercooked it I wasn’t going to risk getting sick from undercooked pizza so I tossed it.
