McDonald's — Restaurant in Pasadena

I sent my wife to order 4 orders of chicken nuggets and 2 orders of large fries and 1 burger . I figured since long day at work, eat a quck meal . As we got to eating , i started eating the nuggets and it was fine , i then got the burger addrd some fries, ive always eat my burgers that way. I then took a bite and as i was pulling away from the burger, their i noticed a long hair still attached to my burger. I was very angry, i spit the bite into a clear plastic bag, my asked what was wrong ..... i told her look at the hair, and it appeared to be another one in the burger, i was then super upset . I told her to take the burger back and to get it replaced as well as the fries . The manager their was very un proffesional and would only replace the burger, i then told my wife to come home and that i would talk to them. Soon after she wanted to see my full order in hand, with i clearly didnt have, because we eat some of it. Not only was she disrespectful and threw the fries towards me, i then threw them back . I really just wanted to throw my whole food at her, i called the cops, just as they did . Cops couldnt do anything, and i ended up leaving the place with no food or my money back . I wonder who are the crooks here ??? I hope she gets hers on day, i do believe in karma , plus ill never go to that mc. Donalds ever, and i will tell ppl the same . Check your orders before leaving the place, its sad we caint get a simple order right...

The food was cold when we got it but I can get past that i guess. The reason i will NEVER go back is because the professionalism if their staff. I accidentally ordered a sprite instead of a Dr Pepper, I apologized in the drive through and asked them to change it before I even finished ordering the rest of the food. Got to the window paid then went to the second window took the drinks. My son tells me they they didn't swap out the sprite for the Dr.Pepper so I tell the lady hey I asked for Dr.Pepper to which she wants to argue with me and tell me I was charged for a sprite. I told her I know I ordered a sprite but I changed it back there and apologized to the lady who took my order can you please swap this out. I'm holding it out to her and she's just stating at me for a good 3 seconds before she takes it and tells me to pull up and wait up there... when she brings the drink back out there is Dr.Pepper all over the top of the lid which gets spilled all over me when she hands it to me and she just walked away without apologizing or anything. No napkins in any of the bags. Smh, it is not ok to spill stuff on customers and then act like it...

Went in for breakfast. When I got home I noticed I was missing sausage egg McMuffin and to 2 order of pancakes. So I drove back they were giving me bs. They asked what time i went it. I told her about 5-10 mins ago. The girl was like I need to know the exact time. I told her look I don’t need all this bs. I’ll just reorder what y’all got wrong and problem solve. I’m not going to drive back to get something for free. After I asked for a manager she completely ignored me. There was a lady behind me and said that man over there is the manager. I said oh thank you. So I asked the man peeking behind are you the manager. By this time it was 15mins past when I got there, his like yes. First of all if he seen or heard there was an issue. Why would he stand behind his employees, instead of trying to resolve the problem. I explained the issues like 3x. By this time it’s been over 35min that I went in. I got my reorder food but they forgot the food I had. So they handed my old food. I said to the manager you are giving me the food that I brought in 40 minutes ago don’t you think the food is cold. This place is a joke, bad...
