If I could, I would share only no star at all because they don’t deserve it and I’ll be quite honest to you! I’ve been too many locations from this company, but I’ve never experienced something like I expensive the other day. Once I walked in, there was no reading at all. No one spoke to me, or said anything already put me in a bad mood I was meeting someone up there and I decided to walk out and get a breath of fresh air because I was so upset that I didn’t even greet me that I seen that they had just read it somebody before hand and just so happened this person happened to be white and I’m a lot darker than them so they didn’t greet me agreed this person which made me quite upset. Even the person that I was meaning was hiding inside of the restaurant from me as a joke, and they still didn’t speak to neither one of us because of our skin tone and I know that’s why and as soon as I said, these people are rude in here and walk outside my friend said that they turn the music all the way up, which was in another language, Spanish, and they all high-fiving tether and started dancing when I walked out I don’t appreciate that your morning staff is horrible and I won’t be back and I’m also thinking about reporting is to Better Business Bureau so hopefully somebody reaches out to me and speaks to me about it because this is just unacceptable behavior that’s not how you treat people nor do you celebrate when somebody walks out because you’re being racist and that’s all I can see out of this whole situation. It had to be a racial issue because why are you celebrating that? Read moreI walked into this Movita location, and surprisingly, I wasn’t greeted. OK, not every place does that, but a few minutes later, some pretty girls walk in, and suddenly Cayden springs into action like he's competing for Employee of the Month!
When I asked about popular smoothies, Cayden's response was vague at best: “It’s all the same. You can substitute anything.” I wanted to ask more questions, but it felt like he had a personal vendetta against me from the start. His reply? “Don’t hate the player, hate the game.” Really? What does that even have to do with a simple smoothie choice?
As he walked away, he mumbled something typical. This was my first time at Movita, and while the ambience was initially great, it quickly soured thanks to the poor customer service.
I don’t recommend this location. They did give me a refund, but the overall experience left much to be desired.
To give them another chance, I tried to buy a wheatgrass shot, but Cayden didn’t know a thing about collagen, which was why I opted for the wheatgrass shot in the first place. When I told him collagen is a protein, he argued with me, insisting it wasn’t. Gaslighting customers, especially when you’re misinformed, is completely inappropriate.

Read moreGot my order incorrect but that was easy to fix. Problem was I was the only customer sitting in the shop and waiting for my drink. No one else there.
A few people walked in and picked up their phone orders and I sat and waited, and waited, and waited.
Until I went to the counter and asked if my drinks were ready and without turning back to face me, mumbles under her hoody "I called you".
I said but I've been sitting here for more than 5 minutes and there no one else here, why would you not get my attention if my drinks are ready. She didn't turn around to acknowledge me instead just walked away to the back. It was the rudest thing EVER
Two other employees came to help me and that is when I mentioned that I didn't recognize the drink sitting on the counter because I didn't order three smoothies. Just 2 drinks and a sandwich.
After realizing the extremely blatantly rude employee was the same one who had just made our $20 smoothies, they became hard to drink. Feeling extremely uncertain about how she respects the rest of her responsibilities.
Sad because I've been coming here for years.
