Stumbled on this gem after enjoying a Motherās Day breakfast next door - wanted to treat myself to an extra coffee and had a lovely experience here! We tried their Rose Gold Latte and their season Cherry Vanilla Latte and loved them both!
The Rose Gold Latte is a heavenly rose and honey concoction that had a perfectly balanced flavor profile between the two and wasnāt overly sweet. We tried it hot and it was very smooth and decorative as well. But the Cherry Vanilla Latte (iced) was the clear winner for me - again not too sweet and an excellent amount of cherry and vanilla which complimented each other well.
These Oregon-based coffee roasters make their syrups in house and certainly know their blends as well. The coffees were smooth and delicious. Their prices are a tad higher than other spots but the quality is there and I will definitely stop by next time Iām in the area. Service was friendly and efficient - and our lattes were ready pretty quickly!
Thereās plenty of cozy corners to sit in and enjoy your brews - the decor is chic minimalist in primary colors. Very relaxing vibes. They had a large merch wall too.
Parking is free street parking and seemed plentiful. They have a decent location in a cute, walkable neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. And HomeState is right next door with the best queso and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was so excited to try this Stumptown location. Thereās free parking in the back and plenty of seats inside and outside the cafe. The coffee is good too. However, I donāt think Iāll be coming back to this location. Iām used to dealing with indifference and even rudeness from baristas. It doesnāt bother me because everyone has bad days. However, I think this is the first time Iāve been faced with hostility. The barista at the cash register was impatient and rude, not just to me but also the customers behind me. Then they forgot my drinks and accused me of not listening for my order before admitting they forgot to make it. It all just left a sour taste in my mouth and made me really uncomfortable, like I wasnāt welcome in that space. On the bright side, thereās bathrooms behind the building and the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDropped by on a whim because this small coffee shop, tucked away on busy Lincoln Avenue, caught my eye.
The cafƩ is small and bustling, which is typical for places of this size.
The service was friendly. The barista took her time explaining the menu and making recommendations.
The coffee was okayānothing exceptional. Honestly, I found it overpriced for what you get. The cappuccino only comes in one size (6 oz), which was a bit disappointing. I wish they offered more size options. The cold brew was mediocre as well; a bit more foam would have been nice.
Overall, I donāt think itās worth going out of your way to visit. Until they offer more size options for their cappuccinos, Iāll be exploring...
