This food is too GOOD to not write about.This taco truck came into my neighborhood today and literally has some of the best tacos. I got the cauliflower, pork belly and carne asada tacos. The cauliflower was perfectly spiced and cooked. The chimichurri sauce on the carne asada tacos was the best I have ever tasted so fresh and flavorful!! The pork belly was so delicious and crispy. We have had the luxury of indulging in everything Tacos Friday 410 has to offer for a year now. Their tacos, rice bowls, brussel sprouts, queso and specials are always on point. Their quality is only overshadowed by the generous portions they give, we can’t help but over order and always have another day of leftovers for the family. This place is terrible. The truck came to my job and served us chicken and beef tacos. Four of my coworkers including me were sick hours after eating. Coincidentally we all had the chicken. We all have shown signs of food poisoning. They came to my job on Tuesday. It is now Friday and I am still suffering from the symptoms of food poison. Vomiting and diarrhea non-stop.
