The portions are really large. I got the bogo deal and I couldn't finish my sandwich. Nothing wrong with the sandwich. Also a lot of tater tots. It's not a problem. I'll put them in the air fryer later. Also the milkshake was too much. I will have to put this in the freezer. I did a togo order and because the food was so hot it steamed up the inside of the togo box and the tots weren't as crunchy but that's just how tots work. The flavor of the chicken tenders sandwich is good. They use those thick pickle slices way better than what you will find at chick fil a. The whole sandwich is better than any chick fila sandwich. The place was way busy with families and pickup orders I'm glad I had a pickup order. Maybe the outside seating would have been nice it was open and free not bad for a sunset cool evening. I also ordered the Rocky road milkshake I don't know if I mention that before. They have this big yellow straw and it's pretty good it accommodates the nuts so nicely. But there was a factor I didn't mention. I have very big hot hands so when I grabbed this milkshake it's in a plastic cup and the heat from my hands quickly started to affect the physical viscosity of that milkshake so I guess it's fine that it was a pickup order because in the heat of this summer my hot hands holding that drink would have been a problem but they gave me a drink carrier that's a special two drink only carrier And that was very helpful to help prevent my big hot hands from warming up the milkshake unnecessarily. The girl working there even offered twice to tie up the drinks in a bag for me but it was so busy I just wanted to leave because I knew I wasn't going to drop anything. I have dropped some things before. One time I dropped the whole bottle on the ground and it broke And my friend told me I should put it in a bag and I was like no I can just carry it. I thought about this moment when the girl asked me for the second time if I wanted her to tie this up. And I thought to myself there's no way that I'm going to break a bottle more than a year ago and then drop these drinks today. It's just not going to happen. So I said no it's okay I can just take it and I took those drinks all the way back to the car. Now in the car I had to actually take them out of that two drink holder and put them into my two cupholders because I didn't have any flat place to set this two drink holder. Well by the time I make it all the way back to where I'm going the drinks are fine and they even work covered on the top of stickers. So I took everything inside. I got to put the shake in the freezer now. Good tots. I'm going to save that two drink cup holder next time I have two drinks I can use it. /// 2024 Nice...

The food is DELICIOUS. The only few downsides were as follows:

1. The napkins are those ridiculously thin ones that are like single-ply sheets of tissue or toilet paper so you have to yank like fifty of them out of the dispenser in order to effectively wipe your face/hands (may as well just offer some thick, quality paper towels that dang near feel as sturdy as fabric so you only need a single one, maybe two if you're very messy).
2. At NO point during any of the times we've been here do any of the employees ever come out to wipe down any of the tables. So we basically had to bust out some hand sanitizer to use as a cleaning agent and then yank out about fifty thin paper napkins to clean off the greasy residue from the surface of the table.
3. During our last visit, the person in our party who offered to pay for our three orders stated that the POS apparatus did not offer them an opportunity to choose whether or not to add a gratuity, but rather, it simply generated automatically without them consenting to it. The person who paid generally likes to decline adding tips to the electronic payment systems and prefers to leave cash for the servers. Our table's total bill was less than $40 for only three persons so I don't think that would merit the register automatically adding the gratuity on its own.
4. Lastly, during one of our previous visits, one person in our party opted to try a frozen margarita. During the transaction, the employee at the register took the person's ID card and scanned it under a barcode reading type device without ever having informed the person that they were about to do so. I have never seen this done for the purchase of an alcohol beverage at any other restaurant before and it seems like a gross invasion of one's privacy. Some people simply do not like the idea of having their identity scanned if there is no absolute official necessity for it.

First time here. Had an issue parking cause of all the huge potholes. Walked in and no one greeted us and I didn’t know where to stand or where to order. People were just standing everywhere in the front. Menu is on a chalkboard and everyone was standing in front of it, so I couldn’t read it. Finally ordered a chicken tender basket and a burger with fries. I didn’t like the option that you had to add fries for additional price and then on top of that you had to add a drink for even more.

Chicken tender basket is literally raising canes, and I do not like raising canes. Fries were good. Hubby said burger was excellent and he would get it again. It was $29 for two baskets. I got no desserts, and I had no idea if refills were free or not.

The tables were dirty, and there was food and trash all over the dining area. It looked like they haven’t mopped or swept in days. It just felt very dirty. The vibe could be an awesome place, but man it was dirty. I asked for a water cup for my toddler, and I never received it. Went to the front, no one helped me. I ended up leaving and going to DQ across the street for ice cream. Will I return?...
