Neil Cavuto famously quoted "It's so sad that we have been accustomed to bad service that we're shocked when we get good service".

I honestly don't know where to begin with this recent visit. Let me just reiterate that showing favoritism based on racial profiling is unacceptable. I've meet the owner a while back who is a Veteran & he is engaging, professional & composed. I preffice this statement because i know when this review is posted, changes should be implemented.

Make no mistake about it; the older man at this location is just rude, and I was treated like I was a nuisance & unimportant. They offered to help me but they were very disrespectful, classless & condescending. I purchased a few items & departed the store. In retrospect; customer service is paramount to positive word of mouth but I can't give this location a free pass. Fix this...

Hi…I normally don’t leave reviews on my personal experience about businesses, however I told the guys that I would. As a man of my word, I’d say that my experience with the store and its employees as well as their product was an overall positive experience. Very friendly staff, and knowledgeable. Juan, the owner/manager and I chopped it up for about an hour after my purchase, just about both our experiences in the Army. The capability to relate to as humans from different cultures and backgrounds yet with a commonality in certain areas of our lives made the purchasing experience even better. I walked out with a smile and satisfaction that it was the best store to buy my clothing from. I’ll definitely shop there again in the future although I’m from southwest Louisiana. I had never a problem with this store honestly they have the best prices and a lot of variety but lately I been having problems with the women in the front. She came out and scream at us we park wrong we came in and she was really rude she was on her phone the whole time and will roll her eyes at us every time we ask a question fortunately the young girl was very helpful and nice and thanks to her we were able to find everything we need.
