HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!! RENTERS BEWARE!! Do not stay or sign Lease!!! My daughter signed a lease almost a month ago and nearly paid a little over a grand for all the fees, including: Application fee, first time renters fee, first month and deposit! She isn't even living in her apartment due to A HORRIBLE ROACH INFESTATION! She has a pipe in the wall under the kitchen sink where the sewage pipe is and apparently their harboring there, DISGUSTING!...She works all day and has been battling this situation going on over a month! She called the City health inspector out and the complex was mandated to exterminate, but who really knows If they did or if that's what their telling her!! Every time she goes by the apartment to check on things and get mail roaches are all over w/ absolutely no food in the place I can only imagine if she did have food!! She's so sick and tired so now her only option is to break her Lease which requires a 60 day notice which is an additional 1,400 for all fees. In the lease it says she can get out if she contest and sends them two typed up letters stating things still aren't right which she has, still NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE! Every time she calls the management they are inadequate, give her different stories, and have absolutely no concern to fix any of her problems! This is absolutely ridiculous and horrible inadequate customer service!! I wouldn't stay or deal with any Scenic Property Group apartments or any of their staff, DON'T DO IT, DON'T GET INTO A MONEY PIT!! This has been a tough lesson and costly one at that! IF YOU GO AND LOOK ASK TO SEE THE ACTUAL APARTMENT YOU'LL BE LIVING IN AND NOT THE MODEL APARTMENT!!(as of course it'll be in perfect condition!!) Everyone works hard for their money and to just act like your another number or totally ignore you I give them 5 NEGATIVE STARS---WHICH I HAD TO GIVE 1 star to leave a review!! FYI~after speaking with her neighbors, one had mildew that was all in the bathroom and had already deteriorated the wall, WHAT A DISASTER AND HEALTH CONCERN!! This company doesn't care and is only out to make money for themselves!! The Property Manager can never be reached as she's in AUSTIN! Probably living the High Life off of everybody's hard earned money! PICTURES ON GOOGLE ARE A JOKE, I HAVE PICS OF COCKROACHES ON WALLS, DOORs, COUNTERTOPS CRAWLING AROUND, THEY WERE EVEN SO LAZY THEY PAINTED OVER ONE ON HER DOOR, STUCK THERE FOREVER!!!!!...

If I could rate lower than one star, I definitely would! WORST PLACE EVER to live, especially if you have small children. When I first moved in, in April of this year, they gave me a dirty apartment and had me clean it my self. They gave me a fridge that had black mold all in it, there was no A/C unit so we had to sleep with the windows crack -which didn't do any justice-

They delayed my move in because there was a pipe that had busted. Well the second day of us living here, it busted again and the ceiling above my toilet was leaking. They never came out to fix it, so it is still leaking off and on. It looks like there is actual poop feces in the water so it makes my bathroom stink over night. There was also a MAJOR PIPE BUST that took them almost a month to fix. They replaced the wall but there is STILL mold on the carpet and on the beams inside of the plywood.

The person who lived here before me would put plastic utensils in the garbage disposal and and turn it on. How do I know this you ask? Because my sink got clogged and they had to remove the pipe which made them all come out. I can no longer use my disposal because they refuse to fix it. Maintenance never cleaned up their mess, left moldy food all over my kitchen for me to clean. My fridge has a constant leak and throws water out every time its opened.

Don't get me started on roaches, I have combat jell, roach motels, and bomb my own apartment ON TOP of their "pest control", if you can even call it that. I had to BEG them for it because I have 2 small children and there wasn't just roaches, but SPIDERS!!

They have switch ownership twice since I've been here and they have had so many people come from other sister properties to help with maintenance and in the office its unreal! If you're looking for an unsafe, very dirty, and very rude staff, this is definitely the place for you! It is all bills paid and cheap priced, but I guess you get what you...

I have been here almost a year. I have had constant problems with my ac. They have to come once a month to fix it. They only put a bandaid on it. They have never fixed the problem. My garbage disposer and sink has leaked since i moved in. Under the sink smells aweful. Ive reported it to them at least half a dozen times. My little piece of carpet i do have have been filthy since i moved in last November. They have come and shampooed it upon my request. After it dries it is the same way. Ive tried to see if they would just take it out since it is maybe ten foot by 4 foot of carpet. They wont. I have been fighting bed bugs since mid july (thats when i figured out what they were. I knew nothing about them.) We were getting bit much earlier. My son is allergic to bed bugs and had to go to the doctor twice in a week. They were going to charge me a $150.00 for it when one of the maintanence guys told me the neighbors upstairs from me were infested. I had to do my own treatment in the beginning and had to throw away all my furniture. I did not bring anything in my home that was used nor do i travel or stay at hotels. When they finally came and did treat the issue they only treated my house so they have now come back. I just bought a couch that im going to have to throw away. It has cost me alot of money, time and anguish from seeing my son suffer and us both getting eaten alive. Im sure theres problems i missed but im not trying to write a book of why NOT to rent here. It isnt not worth half of what you pay. I have started over with furniture twice now and the issue still isnt resolved. Take it from me spend a little extra and move somewhere nicer.
