Beltran's Bakery — Restaurant in Pasco

I ordered a 3 leches cake and when I picked it up it was just a plain strawberry cake. When I called the lady that had taken my order was there and was really friendly. She had asked the owner the day I ordered the cake if it could be done and she yes. So today I picked it up I was a very nice cake, but it was not a 3 leches cake. I called and the same employee that took my order said she had confirmed it could be done. She said she would call the owner and call me back. The owner then said the cakes consistency would not work for a 3 leches cake which is not what she said the day before. She also had the phone number where she could have called and asked if it was something that we still wanted. I can assure you I will not be returning...

The customer service was excellent!! They went the extra mile to make sure I got what I wanted for my baby shower cake and cupcakes. They tasted great and were so tasting. It was the first time she had Mede a cake like the one I had and she rocked it! And the price was SO REASONABLE! Way less than the other places I called. And super friendly! We will use them...

Staff was very nice but I ordered a cake for my husbands birthday and when I picked it up on his birthday, the cake was not even close to what I ordered, after going over the details completely with the staff member. I did not have enough time to go and get another cake at that point. ...
