El Sol — Restaurant in Paso Robles

I keep seeing posts about this restaurant being closed but we just ate there on Valentine's Day. The food was good. That being said, we were really unhappy with the bill. The burrito my husband ordered said it came wet in the description; but, on the bill, there was a $3.50 charge for having it wet. He asked for a second basket of chips while we were waiting. When the bill came, there was a $1.50 charge for the extra handful of chips. I can understand charging extra for chips but we should have been told that so we could have decided against it. Man at the counter tried to overcharge me until my friend said something to him in Espanol.....then the bill went from 38$ to 36$. Waited for our to go order and asked for some chips and salsa that is served when you eat in and he wanted to charge us 3$. Got our food to go. Went fishing.
