The attitude seems constant; they are doing you a favor by being there.

The customer service has always been horrible, most likely due to the constant change in staff and I've come to expect that.

What I cant except though is being overcharged. When I called them out, they claimed it what because the item was on the wrong shelf which it wasnt and they didn't even try to check.

I try to support local but after this I will definitely be supporting other and/or out of town shops and no...

The best customer service! Needed something desperately in a rush and no stores seemed to have it in stock. But Manager of Z Berman made a few phone calls, and I had it in my hands less than 24 hours later!! AND they even custom engraved it for me within that time!!...
