I was in NY for Labor Day and I placed an order on the 3rd from my hotel through Seamelss website. When I ordered I got a call from an employee to let me know he didn't have alfredo pasta. Unfortunately the employee spoke very little English and had trouble understanding that I just wanted the item taken off and not be charged for it. I spoke to someone else to confirm thought everything was straightened out. I wait an HOUR after my order was supposed to arrive. Call back, the restaurant acts like they don't know about my order when I spoke to two people ... both being who I spoke to the second time when I called back. Apparently the first employee I spoke to thought I wanted to cancel my entire order ... so I waited an hour for an order that was never going to come. I asked them if my order was then cancelled and I won't be charged, they made it seem like it was. Look at my credit card and I was charged so thankfully seamless was able to cancel the order. Just got my order. Everything was terrible!
The calamari was burnt and looked like they gave me only half the order.
The wings were extremely soggy and showed a quality worse than 7-11.
The pasta had burnt chunks all over it. You know, when you burn the bottom of the pot for the heat being too high. They just decided to scrape that garbage and mix it with the dish.
When I called the restaurant asking for a refund I was told to call Uber eats which they do not have a phone number. I WANT MY MONEY BACK FOR THIS GARBAGE 🗑️

Read moreI just moved to town and I would order from this place all the time since I’ve moved here. I placed an order and they messed it up and of course it was one of the last orders. I called today to ask the man for help all I wanted was for them to at least discount the item I was given incorrectly and I still have the item to give it back to them . The Spanish man who answers the phone said he can’t help me and I asked why , and said it’s not even a big order and he said too bad and to order somewhere else so that he can save time from being on the phone with me.
