Rose’s Pizza — Restaurant in Garfield

We have been ordering from this restaurant A LOT since we moved to the area and they messed up an order we just placed via DoorDash. I called to tell them and I was tossed around from person to person and screamed at by this old guy who refused to accept that he had made a mistake. He was a vicious jerk to me and refused to take any responsibility for HIS MISTAKE!! The pictures I have include CLEARLY show the bread is toasted on my sub!!

We will NEVER return to this place! Also, I plan to make certain that none of my neighbors will ever return here either.

I cannot believe the complete lack of customer care or regard for the people who keep them in business!! I have never been treated so poorly by a local company!!

First time here and one thing is definite and that is these people love what they do and it showed. Great personalities and customer service was some of the best I ever experienced. The owner had jokes for days lol. A little bit of a potty mouth lol but It didn't bother me particularly. You could see with regulars coming in that they are like this 24/7 and I respect that. Genuinely great people made me feel like have been coming there for 20 years on my first visit. This is definitely one place that is not stingy on the portions. My chicken parm sub was real deal. They showed me the bread if would come and I told my son we could just share one sandwich lol. In honesty if your eating it for lunch you might even be able to split it, not me! I also had a slice of pizza (Not Pictured) which was on NY pizza type quality. I love this place already I will be a regular here in the future. The quality of food and customer service combination is worth 6 stars at this place. They got themselves a new future long time customer...

Let me start off by saying 20 years ago this place was great. Those days are long gone. The food was good so the owners attitude was bearable but now pizza is regularly burnt and the experience I had today is the last straw for me. I place on order of one pie and two salads. Ask for the total and the girl on the phone says $31. I show up and I ask for an extra Caesar dressing on the side. I expect to be charged because that is just how business goes now. No hard feelings there. She rings me up $37.50. We go back and forth and I said I don’t want the dressing if it’s going to run me an extra $6 and then they said they made a mistake with my original total. The owner come over angry like I made the mistake totals it up again and raises the price right before my very eyes. Now my total $38.25. I just laughed and explained how my total went from $31 to $38+ and he said sorry we made a mistake. Got home, pizza burnt, bread with salads...
