The Duggie Sports Bar — Restaurant in Pataskala

I went to this bar on Saturday night 08/09/24 1:30am with my cousin as soon as we entered at bar one of bar back (guy)said we were closed I didn’t get that how come they were closed even tho most of bar at Columbus closed at 2:30 they just wanted to closed early or they don’t wanted to serve us because of our race then I asked bartender lady will you serve us or not ?she said yes but only shot I was like no I can’t take shot then she offered us unopened beer ..other guy still yelling at me for no reason..then I asked bartender who is manager there she showed me other bartender which wasn’t manager at all instead of making us comfortable she started threatening us…then decided to get out from there because we didn’t feel safe at this bar so I recommend think twice before going this bar please ..this bar not safe at all worst bar...

What a rip off! Not sure if they have new ownership but they 4 sure ripped me off. I ordered 2 Double Maker's Mark on the the rocks. It was about 5 pm. When I got the bill it was darn near $39. I looked at the receipt and they charged me, $15 per Double plus $3.00 per drink which they say is for ice, plus a service fee 4 using my card.. When I asked for an explanation, the waitress was very rude about it! Mind you, this is a local dive where drinks should be cheaper. I didn't stoop to their level and left a $10 tip but needless to say, I'll never go back or recommend this place! I would recommend the winking Lizard where you can get a double on a ice...

I LOVE this bar but since a Karen wants to call the health dept on smoking OUTSIDE in an enclosed area so we smokers stay warm (mind you this is OHIO SMDH) has changed to smoking outside in the rain 👎🏼 I unlikely will be back. I say bar that Karen smh STAY INSIDE IF YOU DON'T LIKE SMOKE PLAIN AND SIMPLE! ITS A BAR 🙄 they already banned smoking inside Karen!!!!! Seriously hope my Duggies finds away around that very unfair rule on my visits to OH for the 80% of the regulars that's been here for YEARS with zero issues until a Karen came along.
