La Casona Cafe Restaurant — Restaurant in Paterson

Seriously the best Dominican food I've had outside the Dominican Republic. Fast paced (you kind of need to know what you want or just go for it and give anything a try, everything is delicious, don't ask too many questions 😉 😋) the crew is very amicable and well mannered despite the fast style of service. Not necessarily a dine in place but can definitely stop in for a quick bite. I catered for 15 and their small tray size sufficed if grabbing say 3-5 different dishes to fill the plate (everything was just absolutely delicious, had to say it again) with everything rounding up to about $16 per person. The owner made sure the catering order was on time, well packaged, helped load it onto the car, and even called me directly before the end of the day to ensure everything was to our liking.... what else can...

First time and last. Had a long day at work and was just looking for a nice local restaurant to have dinner. The rice was cold. Meat was terrible. This restaurant is ridiculous with their prices $13 for a patacon.. The food is not even the greatest.. There are way better places and better prices in town... They started off at $8.00 and for some odd reason they think they upgraded to a 5 star restaurant and raised prices on everything... I bet those other reviews come from friends or...
