Went to this store to sell sum sneakers I had thinking I’ll get my moneys worth I know I wouldn’t get market price but I wanted to at least be close to it and ill be okay bc I know the store needs to make there own money it’s called being fair , literally the value of my sneakers i was selling to them wasn’t even close to the market value I was looking for me and Davis the owner was negotiating low ball offers band wasnt meeting me to a price I wanted , this sneaker place makes there own market meaning they don’t go by stock x market they go by there own discretion I showed another sneaker store the sneakers I sold to them which I had to travel a bit to get to the store they said I got ripped off I gottah give this sneaker store a 3 star bc of customer service and also gottah give credit to the owners workers bc they at least met me half way on a price and the only reason why I accepted the price lower than I wanted was bc I needed the money quickly to pay for my kids medical bills me being a re seller your way better off selling on your own or find. A place that will at least give you your money worth I was very upset with how they negotiated as well knowing there competing with other sneaker stores you should at least have better customer service and have your customers interest in hand you will make more money regardless not going for the low ball offers thinking you can pull a fast one on every person that brings in sneakers however they do have real sneakers on there walls looking around there store they really out did there’s selves upgrades inside and looks way better than it did before when ppl ran it down and they closed...

STAY AWAY!! I traveled 2 hours to get some sneakers. They turned me away due to me wearing a hoodie and due to the fact that I am black. I told them I have a medical condition called alopecia and I have paperwork for it. I am also anemic. They ignored me, and left me outside. The whole entire staff laughed at me and ridiculed me at the door. I never felt so belittled and embarrassed. I was still willing to purchase the sneakers after all of this, and I called to speak to the owner and they played games on the phone pretending to be Domino’s Pizza. My experience was horrible. I got it on video, and I plan on contacting the Better Business bureau because of this incident. I don’t usually do this but there is no reason why anyone should be treated differently because of what they wear, how they look, or what medical conditions they have. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.
