I was doing a phone order pick up for myself and was in line...I noticed ppl coming in and walking up to the counter w/out waiting. As I got closer, I saw others do the same and heard them say that they phoned ahead w/one person even adding several items verbally to the phoned in order...smh...what happened to the line? When I got up to pick up my phoned in order I told the person that either a sign needs to be made or everyone should stand in line...she didn't even at least agree or disagree and pretty much shrugged her shoulders. And then my phone in took 10 minutes to get. The order was made about an hour and a half before...

Disrespectful! I called to get an order picked up and because it was only $15.00 dollars the woman told me I have to go and make the 30 minutes line. Not only they don’t take debit cards which is an inconvenience but they expect you to be in a line for 30 minutes because they can’t take an order online? Me, my family and friends will be going to another bakery/restaurant from now on. Don’t treat your customers as you are doing them a favor by buying from you. Your business depends on us. Mouth of word referrals- it was easy to take an order online and have it ready! ...

Cositas Ricas de Paterson is a great Colombian Coffee shop, Bakery and Restaurant that offers great lunch special that change on a daily basis, food is plenty and delicious. Staff is very friendly and respectful, the mostly speak Spanish but can understand you when you place an order in English.

They're open early and offer breakfast and the typical Colombian pastries like Empandas, Arepas, Pan de Bono, etc. Also the bakery has different types of bread and other goodies, made fresh in house.
