I’ve been coming to Marie’s Dominican Cake for all of my special occasions — and they never disappoint. For the past 3 years, I’ve gotten my birthday cake here, and it’s officially my favorite spot. I live in South Jersey and drive all the way up here just for cake. It’s that WORTH IT. Their cakes are always so fresh, soft, and perfectly sweet. My absolute favorite is the pineapple filling, but I also love combining Dulce de Leche & strawberry. Highly recommend!

My family has been going to Griny’s since the 80’s but, sadly, over the years, the quality has declined. I tried Marie’s on a whim after searching for a Dominican bakery in Paterson on google and I am BLOWN AWAY. Just look at how much filling in that slice!! The cake is light and delicious. The frosting , too. And the filling is FRESH pasta de guayaba. my husband is Dominican and his birthday cake was 10/10!! This is my new spot for Dominican cake.

The cake was prettier than I could have imagined and I picked dulce de leche as the flavor and it was so yummy. The frosting melts in your mouth and each bite had you wanting more! Thank you so much ladies. Highly recommend this bakery!!!!

Marie Dominican Cake is an absolute gem! She created three different cakes for us, and each one was nothing short of incredible. Not only were they stunning to look at, but every bite was pure perfection — moist, flavorful, and made with so much love and skill.

Marie is professional, kind, and so easy to work with. She listened carefully, understood exactly what we wanted, and delivered beyond our expectations. Her cakes were the highlight of our celebration and left all our guests raving.
