This place is Racist. If you don't speak Spanish they won't even try to help you. I live across the street from this place I eat there often I also often sent others there to eat. But as my experience when I walk through the door is horrific I've once stood there while they took orders from customers behind me just because I didn't speak Spanish. I also have be over charger on plenty occasions. One day I order talipia with rice and beans I pay 7$ the next day I ordered the same exact plate and a different lady charged me 11.50$ no mind you I called before I went to place the order she told me the talipia was 6$. So I asked what's the difference why the price so high? She stated that the talipia it's self was 6$ and the with rice and beans it's 11.50. So your telling me you just charged me 5.50 for some white rice and beans which the previous day I paid 7$. They do it all the time I also use to get the ribs just meat paid 8$ she whole time come to find out from another lady that worked there charged me the correct price which was6$ they're are over charging blacks to eat at there establishment. The service at a complete 0 wow I'm just in disbelief in how the 2 ladies (1 with a mustache and the other withs low bun and barret in her hair) .. just RUDE AND NO REASON FOR IT. The lady with the mustache was helping us.. ok, she walked away so I asked the bun lady.. does it come with salad the lunch I ordered? She says are all 3 of you together? I said yes (3rd person was still looking) ok well let me help her first then ask the girl who was helping you.. like what? You couldn't say yes or no to my question as STAFF. THEN WHEN THEY CNT HEAR YOU.. THEY EYES POPPING OUT THEY HEADS IF ITS A PROBLEM THEY HAD TO REPEAT THEMSELVES. I never felt like someone disrespected me with their eyes before. Especially to an older woman !!!!!! The nerve. Then the chicken was burnt and we asked .. how come ? And she didnt even have a solution just looked at us. Like idk ? What ?? .. it was a problem to even stand in the middle on the waiting area as we thought of our next item to purchase .. it was loke a problem to ask ANY QUESTIONS. they looked tired and UPSET WE CAME IN FOR SERVICES. Where do I begin.... first time I ordered from here the service was pathetic. Every employee there must hate their job because the attitude that was given was so un called for! I paid for my food and left. When I got home the chicken was raw and pink inside and the rice was cold and hard.. So maybe it was a bad day a few weeks later I gave them a second chance and I came in to place an order AGAIN the service was terrible. As I was waiting an HOUR for some already cooked ribs that they just had to put in a to go box I went to use the bathroom as soon as I got in there it smelt like musty Sewar and I saw terrible things in there.. there was mouse poop all behind the overflowing garbage and urine all on the floor. I did not pay for my food I left because of how disgusted I was. NEVER...
