Mi Famila — Restaurant in Paterson

I ordered from this place because I read another review that said they had the best chicken soup and I really was craving any basic chicken soup. I love chicken soup to be honest. However this was probably the most unappetizing chicken soup I ever ate. It tasted like boiled chicken and nothing else. The only chicken in the soup was one wing which was just a boiled wing bone with skin and barely had one bite of chicken on it. The only other thing in the soup was one piece of potato which tasted like the boiled chicken, and one piece of corn on the cob which was hard and uncooked and tasted very unpleasant. This place is the worst restaurant I have been my entire life. Even though, I ordered take out. I was there tonight. 08/05/2022. First, the server was drinking alcohol. Then, the service was the worst experience ever, the energy was horrible because client was complaining about his other and he mentioned he was first. I was interrupted while I was speaking, also, server was ignoring us. I requested sauce on the side she did not want to provide just because she said prep person should make it. I tried to place an order on the phone with the restaurant. I called two times. The first person that answered the phone asked if I spoke Spanish. I told her no. She then hung up on me. I called the second time and asked if I could place an order. I was asked if I speak Spanish. I replied no. The person replied, I'm sorry and hung up. What kind of business is this? They will only serve you if you speak Spanish? This is horrible. You open a business in a country where the primary language is ENGLISH yet you can't serve someone who speaks English. To me this is out right discrimination! Shame on the business...
