MS Appliances customer service is absolutely amazing! Their customer service was great for purchasing my appliances and for carrying through on it. When I was having difficulty getting through with LG customer service for my new, malfunctioning washing machine, MS readily stepped in. MS was super helpful throughout the process until it got replaced under my warranty. They made sure LG takes responsibility on the machine, and kindly followed through with it until the end.
