You had ordered a three taco combo deal and two extra tacos with no sauce extra cheese a medium curly fry and a medium lemonade strawberry. They made us go wait out front I had walked to the gas station and back that's next door. I got back to my vehicle with my daughter sitting in the car and asked if they had brought out our food. She said no so I sat in the car for a minute I looked at my app It had been 20 minutes since they had taken our payment. So I went inside and asked for the manager. I explained what I had ordered and that we've been waiting outside for that long and it doesn't take that long to cook that. The girl did not see our order anywhere. The other girl said well I must have given out there tacos on accident. So they rushed and made our tacos didn't cook them long enough and there wasn't a sorry or nothing The manager went and hid. Didn't offer us anything free they didn't offer us a discount didn't nothing. Horrible service like literally horrible. they could come out and said I accidentally gave her tacos out I'm making you new ones but they didn't even register that they gave our tacos to somebody else we would have literally been sitting there forever if I wouldn't have went in. Read moreI sat in the drive through of the Jack in the box in Patterson, CA for 17 mins. When I got to the window to order they told me that they were closed. Mind you I arrived well before their closing time. I got out of my vehicle to warn the several vehicles behind me to back out while they could, I was stuck. A few vehicles were able to back out but more cars kept coming. When I arrived at the window where you would get your food and pay after watching both of the vehicles ahead of me receive their food. I asked to talk to the manger. She came to the window and again said we are closed. I asked why and was told it was do to staffing issues. I suggested that she let all the vehicles behind me know. i was told that they did witch I believe was not true because I could see the door that someone would've walked out of. If they would've just had someone out there It would have been no problem . I understand staffing issues. Just don't leave your customers stuck in the drive...
Read moreI hate to leave a bad review but I feel a bit discriminated, at the window when I tried to order a shake I was told that they were not making shakes right now because they were cleaning the machine, no problem I can understand that. But when I’m sitting st the window waiting for my food and I see you making shakes for someone else’s order? Then I have a problem, it’s not that I waited 15 mins st the window waiting to get my order, it’s that I was lied to. I asked to speak to the supervisor, I simply explained what had happened, she told me that they made the shake because it was a door dash order, and they are priority. I am in shock, I feel discriminated, does my money not have the same value as someone with a door dash account?, seriously....
