Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in Patterson

I travel to Patterson just to eat Round Table. I'm in love with their salad bar. The salad bar is the best I have come across. It is well stocked and has variety. The pizza here is so good. I ask for it with extra cheese and it is served so gooey. The garlic twists are also the best I have found, so cheesy, soft, and so garlicy. So far every employee I have encountered has been very nice. I have been to this Round Table 25 times or so. One worker by the name of Diego is super friendly when he serves us our food, and double checking that we have everything we need. Another employee that is now a manager by the name of Sandra is so so nice. She always has a nice little conversation with me while I order. She knows I come from out of town for the salad bar. She goes out of her way, for anything we might need. I have been to these Round Tables- Ceres on Hatch, Turlock on Geer, Modesto on Pelandale, Modesto on H street, Modesto Oakdale Rd, Modesto on Mchenry (Don't go there they are extremely rude). I still travel to Patterson even if I do live out of town. Just in case any was wondering I have ordered Pepperoni Pizza, Garlic twists, Wings, King Arthur, Maui Zaui, and cinnamon twists. These all have been very well made and so good. They serve them to us it seems right out of the oven. The wait time is never long either with food ordering or waiting on our order. The best part of Patterson, they have ranch at their salad bar. All other places you have to ask for ranch even if you bought salad bar. They give you 1 of those tiny black sauce cups at a time. If I ever ask for two they tell me that is policy only 1. I just paid a little under 10 dollars and i get a 1 oz cup of ranch BUT not at the...

We come into Round Table regularly on Wednesdays, and our experience is always a good one, thanks entirely to Armando. He’s incredibly helpful, friendly, and always hustling. Whether he’s taking orders, cleaning the salad bar, or helping guests, he does it all with a smile and a great attitude. He truly goes above and beyond.

However, I genuinely feel bad for him. Every single time we visit, he has to get up from his break to take our order because the only other worker on shift doesn’t speak English. It seems like he never gets a real break, and it’s clear he’s doing the work of multiple people. He deserves better support and backup.

Also worth noting: calling in an order is always a struggle because they outsource phone orders to a call center overseas (I believe in India), and it’s honestly frustrating. Communication is often difficult, and it makes something simple way more complicated than it should be.

Round Table Manager - Armando is the reason we keep coming back. Please give this hardworking guy the break (literally and figuratively) that he deserves, and reconsider your phone ordering system. Your customers, and your staff...

Had an amazing experience yesterday I had to leave a review. I was having issues with the app, it wasn't letting me select the bundle with pizza, 6 twists and a 2 liter. Finally I gave up and just ordered the pizza and a two liter. Then it told me two of my credit cards were declined. Thankfully I was able to hit "PAY IN STORE" and moved on. Walked in to pick up and asked the guy at the register, is anyone complaining about using the app? He reviewed what I wanted then worked magic in the system and updated my current order to the special I originally wanted. I was happy to chalk it up to an online issue, but Armando made it right. As he was getting it updated, his manager Marissa came out and together they got me checked out. Once my order was ready, Armando went to grab my 2 liter and found there was only the display. Marissa offered the 20-ounce bottles instead and that was bagged up. Overall, Armando and Marissa went above and beyond and made our house a happy pizza home...
