Man were we happy to find L&L Hawaiian BBQ amongst all the big name fast food joints along i5! A little off the interstate but not far and we'll worth it to get away from all the cooperate giants with the same ole stuff. Nice to see this place expanding all over! Eaten at locations in Denver, Colorado Springs, Las Vegas and glad to know one is opening in our hometown of Albuquerque, New Mexico! All consistent, and the food amazing EVERY time! Always order the BBQ mix plate, which comes with beef, spare ribs, and a ton of chicken! Two scoops of rice and their legendry pasta salad finish off the plate! Definitely enough food for two people if you and your significant other want to go on a cheap dinner date. Love the teriyaki flavor and the grilled taste to all the meats! It's just absolutely amazing. Ohh and don't forget to get a spam masubi! If you don't know go find out!

Our local Hawaiian BBQ in Patterson. We were super glad when this place opened up in town since a change up from McDonald's was nice. Small shop with super friendly employees. Fast and always fresh and tasty. The portions that they offer are huge and great for the price. I just have a couple complaints. Not a fan that they leave the skin on the chicken, And the sauce they use for the teriyaki is super watered down. When we received our order it was cool until I noticed the chicken was way too Burt on most of the chicken. Still ate it everything was okay but I think it could be a better. Still would rather come here then McDonald's.

Just had the portuguese sausage, eggs, and brown rice. Husband had the chicken katsu. Ordered through door dash so the brown rice was a little colder then i’d like but the restaurant isn’t to blame for that. I removed one star because my portuguese sausage was a bit overcooked and the shoyu packets are the typical restaurant style soy packet, not Aloha shoyu. One of them had leaked throughout the bag. Overall, everything was good. Didn’t get a pic of husbands Katsu because he inhaled it and that’s a sign that it was perfect.

This is unlike any L&L I have been to before. First, they are selling ramen packages. I did not know L&L did that. They had annoying piano music from some Asian video, just weird. On fountain sodas, you have to pay for refills! Every other L&L has free refills. Speaking of over the top charges, they charge for extra sauce. Every other location I've seen has sauce accesible to customers with no charge. On the good side: the lady who waited on us was extremely sweet and nice. She was very good! The food was tasty and good portions. Overall, needs some guidance on overselling sodas and sauces. Also might help if they turned on the...

Andy who is the owner is very nice and my dad who is a senior citizen happens to be a regular at this L&L since they opened in Patterson. My dad is very particular on how he likes his short ribs and always orders a bbq plate. When he calls to order his food ... we appreciate that Andy who already knows him will have it ready. His staff are nice and food always delicious which is a definite + because when you have Great Service you'll have loyal customers.
