Starbucks — Restaurant in Patterson

came here on a wednesday at around 4:30 PM, went through the drive through and the worker named Sonia was extremely rude. My whole order was made incorrectly also. I pulled up to the drive through and heard the worker say something but i couldn’t hear clearly so i politely said ‘i’m ready whenever you are’ simply because I didn’t hear if she said she’s ready or one moment beings it was semi busy during this time. After about 3 minutes is when i said i was ready whenever she is. She then said ‘Well im not ready so wait a minute.’ I said okay, then proceeded with my order when she was ready. After my first drink she said is that it when i still had two more drinks to order. Her attitude was just nasty and my whole order was incorrect. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or can’t handle busy hours but working at a starbucks it’s always busy and im a former employee so I know how it is. Maybe she should reconsider her job if she can’t handle it and keep her attitude under control when being in a customer service job. The guy was really nice but I accidentally ordered my drink and I had no knowledge of the drink I was getting. I am recovering from stomach problems and some textures of food make me extremely sick. I was confused at first because my drink didn’t look how I expected to but I was very confused, the guy offered to make me something else but I didn’t want to be a hassle then this girl with long braids came and started pressuring to try the drink I didn’t want to, I like completely stopped paying attention because I have social anxiety and escalation of conversation like these make me very nervous she was starting to come off as rude and I just felt embarrassed. Be careful, the staff here is rude and they don’t know how to prepare a simple cappuccino. I’d order a large cappuccino and they charged a venti. After that, what I’d received it was a cup full of stem milk. I asked the “barista” (not a real one) if she can put it more coffee because the cup is full of milk, but she was rude and refuse to do it stated that if I want more coffee I need to pay more.
