McDonald's — Restaurant in Paulsboro

I’ve been to this McDonald’s many times as on my way home from work and very convenient. The only problem is even if they’re not busy they take forever to take your order and then more times than not to get it wrong. I was greeted at the speaker with A quote are you using the mobile app?” No hi, how are you or anything. They tell me to pull the first window. I come around to the first window. The guy asked me what my order number was. I was the only one in line. He said I was OK and did not give me a receipt. He was on his cell phone. I pull up to get my food and there’s three workers all on their cell phones and talking and goofing around meanwhile, I’m sitting there waiting for my food a girl that looked like maybe the manager pulled my food together and put the bag on a table near the takeout area. It sat there for a few minutes that one person gave me a look a couple more minutes go by and a different girl comes around the corner on her cell phone and start talking to the manager who’s on her cell phone. Finally, the girl comes over to the window enhance me. The food does not say a word to me. I stuck my hand in just to see if the sauce was in there for my nuggets and I felt the packets. So I drove off once I took him out of the bag. I realize that they were barbecue and not sweet-and-sour as I had ordered the fries and the chicken nuggets and go to my McDouble…. But I didn’t do it and right away and tell that it’s missing something. It did not have pickles. It did not have onions did not have ketchup. It do not have mustard. I didn’t take anything off of the sandwich so I’m curious as to why I received nothing but two patties and some cheese Total time in line was about 10+ minutes. I was the only car.

Like I’ve said before I’ve had other issues with this location. Wrong orders given rude staff. They all seem like they just don’t care to be there or getting anything right? I waited longer in those lines than I’ve ever waited at any other McDonald’s. Tonight was my final straw. I will not be back to this location. I would advise anyone else...

Almost Every morning when I get off night shift I stop here to grab my kids and myself breakfast. I stop getting drinks here because the lady gave me what was suppose to be a hot coffee some kind of warm dirty water. We are always missing stuff so I learned to check. This morning I was missing a hashbrown. The comments after they gave me the wrong order and then the sandwich were well she has another one now... so if the manager pulled the video they would see I didn't have one to begin with. However had to go back in because my steak egg and cheese was burnt. The managers response well that's how they are made.. I never had it burnt .. she continued to say well she don't know what to do for me. I took my burnt sandwich and left. The manager is unprofessional the food is burnt .. that is not how its advertised and now I'm out breakfast after a 12 hour shift. Looking at my bank statement the $150 a week I spend here will no longer be an issue and I advise any and all people to stear clear. I will also be letting all of my employees at the amazon down the street on our company website know to spend their money elsewhere this place is a disgrace. Even worse when the morning manager is ignorant... on top of that it needs to be known that the older lady with red hair should know our drinks before handing us our food not hand us our food and say of what drinks...

My family's recent visit to this McDonalds was a horrible experience. Here are the lowlights of our experience today:

1. Person taking order was inept, very inexperienced on register operations/buttons, provided wrong order even after repeating it correctly to my wife, and my wife had to request our drinks when no cups provided by cashier.
2. crew members not providing orders quickly inside restaurant, too much confusion and lack of urgency behind counter, and drive-thru backed up with many cars waiting in a long line.
3. Fountain drink area was dirty, lots of trash just left there and not cleaned up, ketchup area not maintained/messy, and napkins almost empty. No way to obtain water from fountain drink area.
4. Sausage McMufffin with Egg was made with scrambled egg instead of round egg.
5. Coffee had to be remade because creamer was curdled with bits floating on top of coffee.
6. cheeseburgers were cooked but were dry and had cold unmelted cheese included as an added insult - Yes, they could not even make a simple cheeseburger correctly!
7. one customer left commenting to me "this is worst McDonalds ever".

My advice - DO NOT VISIT this McDonalds, keep on driving somewhere else to have better food and service!
