Subway — Restaurant in Pawtucket

I arrived to pick up a doordash at this location and their delivery rack is behind their counter, understandably so. Im sure theft is certainly an issue with many fast food restaurants everywhere. I let the woman at the counter know that who I was picking up and I sat down and waited for the order. As the order is called to be picked up, she tells me to show her the name and I did and I returned to the app where I have to take a picture of it and she SNATCHES the food from my hand. Im like “ I have to take a picture of the receipt for the dasher “ and she says “ Well I have to see the name again “ and im like “ ok…… “ and then yells at me to never come back again. Very inappropriate and discouraging to say the least. Im highly upset with my experience and no customer or delivery person should be treated disrespectfully or having a worker snatch food out...

The food is always fresh and you definitely get a variety of toppings for free. The mozzarella cheese is $1 for every 6 inch but, I believe it's worth it because they use BelGioioso mozzarella cheese. That's a great Brand. It's one if the freshest and healthiest place to eat that is not as costly as some of the other places and offers you a lot of free toppings whereas others you are not allow to custom make your sandwiches. I placed an order today and I do not at all mind waiting when it comes to delivery however after 1hr of waiting my order was canceled and I was notified to contact store for any refund/further questions. I have called over 20times and have not gotten a single answer and am pretty sure I am being ignored in order to not receive my refund but on top of that completely ignore businesses phone it extremely unprofessional and I will never place an order here again and will be contacting hire up in order to get my refund since the store is refusing...
