First let me just say that inside it was like a flea market or pawn shop. He has a lot of product but only accepts cash which, is suspect to me. What he did, he did well. At one point l disagreed with Abdul. I have Multiple Sclerosis and so some things after difficult for me, I tried to explain this to him although he showed no care or understanding. I kept forgetting his name which made him very angry!! His name is not one I hear often so it was hard to remember and I had trouble understanding him due to his accent. It got to a point where I wasn't satisfied and wanted to make a change (he didn't agree with what I wanted to change... On my vehicle!) at that point, he stopped answering my calls and would just hang up on me, rather poor business etiquette! I think his culture isn't used to a woman having a voice. If you're a woman you may want to go elsewhere. I can't tolerate his lack of social skills & the store is more like a hang out for kids into big, loud vibrating...

I drove almost an hour and a half to go to Payless audio to fix a couple electrical issues my and inupgrade some wires in my car I purchased the equipment to install it myself the amplifier kit I purchase was $50 overpriced in the two tweeters was about $40 overpriced it was $100 for the amplifier kit and $80 for the two tweeters I did a little bit of research and googling in the amplifier kit was only $41 and each Tweeter was only $20 each I'm highly frustrated I won't go back almost 200 on that stuff and didn't even come with a sticker 😤 should have ordered or went elsewhere he is a grate guy but way overpriced...

IF YOU HAVE A NEWER CAR DONT GO HERE!!!! He botched my subwoofer installation, created a leak by not probably installing wires and causing my seat switch to short circuit and refuse to fix it. I’ll be taking him to small claims court. He’s a guys who’s been in the business for years and operates like it’s the early 90s. Not knowledgeable on the latest tech. And extremely over priced!! He will respond negatively but trust me it’s not worth the headache. My car no longer leaks because he had to call in a professional to fix his botch installation job. Who does car audio and doesn’t know the grommet seal...
